Description of Work: My garage door would not open; the emergency key lock would not allow me to open it, either. The person who answers the phone--who is absolutely amazing (I have talked to her in other situations when I've been unable to get the door open) was able to tell me over the phone what was likely wrong, given my description. She got a tech out immediately. He was courteous and helpful, fixed the problem, and explained some basic homeowner maintenance I could perform to keep the door running smoothly. Btw, the receptionist was RIGHT, yet again! She deserves a raise. Over the phone, she is able to give you instructions about things to do and try in very clear and precise detail. She is polite, intelligent, and SOOOO helpful. She's awesome!
