The man who gave me the quote for my job was very professional, and gave me confidence in the company. The man who did the cleaning of my roof was very professional, and did a very good job. The work was done within the quote. The only downside I have with Shane Fisk is the level of communications between myself and the office. On about 80% of my calls I got an answering service, and only 10% of my calls were returned. In addition, two scheduled service calls were missed, without a call to me to let me know they would not be out..I would recommend them for the quality of their work.

They were very quick to come out and give us a quote, not just for the roof but with some other soffit problems that involved the roof. The were on time, and have people who can also help with other areas besides roofing. The carpenter replaced some rotted wood and then painted it for us! He also fixed a slate sidewalk, They were extremely professional and would highly recommend them.
