Justin and his associate came out and snaked it out. Flooded my carpet with sewage after they said they had the clearance they needed and that it did not need to be moved back. Came back a week later and resnaked the drain after it reclogged. Quoted me $125 to come back and jet the pipe if it clogged again. Week later it reclogged. Charged me $150. They used a mini jetter which, I was later told, was normally used for small pipes. Stained the wooden paneling in my basement with splattering from the jetter and the sewage. Said if they needed to come back they would run a camera for free and included that statement on the invoice. Week later it reclogged again. Said they would be charging me $100 to camera the drain. Told me they would never have told me they would do it for free. Advised me the drain had to be broken as this should not be happening. Finally told them they had done enough damage to my house and that I no longer trusted them to get the job done properly. I called out a different plumber who said if the pipe had been jetted properly there would be no roots at all in the pipe.He tried to run his camera but the pipe was clogged with roots. He snaked the drain and then he camera'd the drain. He found roots and root balls that were still in the drain. He resnaked the drain and pulled out wads of roots that were still in the drain. He ran the camera a second time and the drain was fine all the way to the main sewer line.Drain was not broken and was in excellent shape.
Description of Work: We had a main drain in the basement that needed snaked. There was root buildup from a tree in our backyard. I hired this company to snake the drain and later to jet the drain.

The toilet still runs. The faucets work OK. The quality of work and the company standing behind it is the issue--the toilet still runs and they won't return calls. We were told all work is covered for 1 year. We called within a week to tell them the problem and the only way to get a return call was to act like I had new work for them to do--we set another appointment and they no-showed. The guy who showed up was very dirty and greasy from a previous job but he worked hard and did fine. The problem is the company is not standing behind their work--it's probably a 5 minute fix for them--I shudder to think of what would happen to someone with a major problem!
Description of Work: Replaced 2 lavatory faucets with new ones I provided. Worked on a toilet that runs a lot.
