Amazing! Keith was great! I called him and explained what was going on and he was able to diagnose that we needed a new opener, which we figured any way. We scheduled a time for him to come and replace it. Not only was he here exactly when he said, but he said he would be done in an hour and it was actually under an hour, plus he programmed my car's opener button in my car.

The original appointment was for Friday but Keith's first appointment ran long, so he rescheduled for Saturday morning as a convenience to me. He was prompt, professional and solved our issues quickly. I will use Keith and Door Pros for any of our garage door/door needs. Highly recommend.

I had a pretty old garage door. The bottom board almost fell apart and remote keypad worked no more. So I contacted Garage Door Pros via Angie's List last night. Keith responded me instantly, visited my home within half hour and suggested what should be replaced necessarily. This afternoon new door and keypad are installed already. Very nice material and such beautiful, professional work. I cannot be more happy with the service that Keith provided. Garage Door Pros is already saved as my favorite.

Keith came out within two hours of my call. He knew immediately what the problem was and worked quickly to fix it. He showed me the parts he had removed so I could see for myself why the door had refused to cooperate. He also helped me sync up my other garage door (which I rarely use) to my remote operators.

Garage Doors Pro responded within a few hours, provided a price, and was here the next day, right on time. They found an issue with the wiring on the opener itself, fixed it, and installed the new photo sensors within 30 minutes--in addition to making a few adjustments to prolong the life of the opener. It was well worth the price of the service call.

Although this was not considered an emergency, Keith was able to come out on the same day. He arrived within the window that gave me during the initial call and telephoned about a half hour before arrival. Keith determined that the cause was an adjustment problem and he corrected it. I will call this company the next time I need maintenance or repairs related to my garage doors.

Completely impressed. Our door broke on a Thursday night. Keith was out on Friday morning at 10 am. He gave a window of time that was an hour - which was so nice usually the window is much longer than that. He explained thing in terms that I could understand and then had a couple options we could choose for the repair. We made our decision and he was back at our home Monday morning at 9 am and had the whole thing fixed by 10 am. I compared the cost to some of the bigger garage door companies and he is way more affordable. Very trustworthy and personable guy. Bottomline: professional, honest and affordable.

Keith was up front and honest when he said he would have to order a replacement spring but he could convert my existing system with what he had on hand for just a little more money. There was absolutely no pressure from him to do this. I felt confident I was better off going to the torsion assembly which was safer and smoother running. I can't say enough about Keith, he was professional, performed high quality work and was very reasonable.

I called garage door pros on Monday morning and talked to Keith on the phone. He explained the cost to replace a broken spring, and advised that both should be replaced. After agreeing to the estimate, he was on his way and came within 30 minutes of my call. Keith was quick but thorough. After replacing the springs he made sure my door properly adjusted and lubricated. It's working better than ever now. I will certainly refer Keith to any family and friends.

He asked me a few simple questions and assured me it was a broken spring. We asked him if we could get a price before coming out and gave us an option of replacing 1 spring but he strongly suggested replacing 2 and explained why. I felt comfortable with our conversation so I agreed to the service. so he politely asked me for my name and phone number for a return call to let me know he was on his way to repair door.. Within an hour he called to give us notice he was in route and surprisingly Keith was the actual tech that showed up, I was expecting Keith to answer phone as the owner or the receptionist and dispatch a technician out. It felt good that the person i was talking to the whole time was the person doing the work. Keith repaired the garage door in about 30 mins and went over the repairs with me. He put a sticker on my door with his information and gave me a invoice with the paid information on it and a warranty. Very happy and would recommend Door Pros anytime.
