Description of Work: He was paid. My husband was late to the appt due to work and when he apologized and rescheduled, the gentleman then stood him up on the reschedule. Work never performed but he was paid. He stated it was not intentional. Maybe not but we decided to move on.

Description of Work: I had my garage door "tuned up" and inspected. I am very pleased! Bruce showed early and was very professional and friendly. He took time to answer any questions I had. He recommended replacing the spring, but was not pushy at all. My garage door works better now and is also quieter. I intend to use Buckeye again in the near future and feel confident recommending them!!

Description of Work: Replaced door rollers. Paid twice since we have two garage doors. Within a few weeks when the door was opened, there was a clunk as the door reached the full open position. This was fixed when I tightened several of the fasteners holding the door rails. I asked for a quote on some additional service on the doors, but have never heard back. Although I put the date at May 5th, I am not sure of the exact date.

Also installed exterior keypad, weather stripping and included an emergency key release as there is no other entry door or window in my garage. I definitely recommend this company, Bruce was great and will use them again when I am ready to replace my front door.
