Every aspect of our experience with this company was excellent! We have a colonial with aluminum siding that was built in the mid 80's and was in need of an update. John came out within days of us calling for an estimate and walked us through everything that would be done. The painting team were professional, clean, and provided daily updates on the status of the project. Painting was completed within the time frame that was promised. Our neighbors have commented how great the house looks and we are extremely pleased with the work done and the finished look. I would highly recommend this company!

We were not happy with them. The work was sloppy. There was chipping within the first year or two. They came out and retouched it, but they shouldn't have had to do the retouching if it had been done properly.

It didn't go at all. They honestly told us that we would be better off doing the work ourselves rather than paying their fees to do a lot of prep work plus the painting.

It went very well, of course, there were places that needed to be touched up, but Adam took care of those right away. He even spotted some that I did not! i would use them again, maybe for the inside next time.

They come back every year to check and see how it is and they leave me a note. Their workmen were very friendly. I had bought the paint for the house and I even talked to the dealer and he knew of them and recommended them. I am going to have some redecorating done in the house and they are going to get preference. I am going to have them do some interior work now. I supplied the paint and they charged me for painting the house. They were very neat and didn't slop paint over everything and didn't damage anything. I don't like sloppy and Neubert is not sloppy. I can't say enough for them. They were very courteous. I am going to have them come back and rip off some wallpaper and paint.

They were conscientious of my home. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up afterselves. I've worked with them many times and am very happy with the results. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Job went extremely well. I appreciated their punctuality and their attention to every detail from start to finish. They left the job site extremely clean- no paint shavings in my garden beds. Furthermore, they left the garden adjacent to the house undisturbed. Very professional.

They painted the exterior and interior of our house. They painted a kitchen and a den inside the house.

We had been using a private party for previous jobs, but he had retired, so I consulted Angie's List and remembered that Neubert had once given us an estimate and that we were pleased with that experience. So I called, had someone come promptly to give an estimate, and got a work date only a week or so later (partly because white house paint is more quickly available). The preparation work was done efficiently and the workers were courteous and careful about our property. Rain intervened and delayed the painting a bit longer than I would have thought necessary, but the job was also more difficult than first expected. After completion, we noticed a few spots that were not completely satisfactory, called to ask for some follow-up, and received it promptly, efficiently, and without complaint or excuse. The paperwork can be a little overwhelming, since it's obviously (and wisely) written to minimize any misunderstanding. I can't compare prices, though it was more than we'd paid before, but the job looks just great. In our case--I don't know if this is standard practice--the paint was sprayed on, and I'll be interested to see how it holds up. The contract includes automatic inspection and touch-up for a few years after, and I expect that this will be handled professionally as well.

The Neubert crew were clean, extremely quiet, very task oriented. Got right down to the job and did it efficiently and most importantly, cleaned up the job site every day very well.

They do a really good job and they try to take care of plants so they don't ruin anything while they are painting. They come back every year for three years to check on your house; if there are areas that are peeling, they scrape them down and repaint them. We have one area that is hard to keep paint on and they come back and paint it every year. I was very professional and very respectful.

I was given a phone call to let me know when the work would be started. We had some weather issues. Work was stopped when there was a chance of rain. I was asked to inspect the house and double check work completeness. The crew were polite and worked hard.

They were excellent. The young men who did the painting did great and came back whenever work was need. The price was absolutly competetive with others. The painted very carefuilly not to get paint on the bricks.

I was working with an FHA 203(k) rehab loan, so I had to get my estimates for the work a few months in advance of the project. I got estimates from 5 or 6 contractors. Neubert's estimate was one of the more expensive ones, but their representative was extremely knowledgeable and justified the cost in detail. After I chose them for the work, there was a small mountain of paperwork that they needed to fill out for FHA, but they were very prompt about it. I took advantage of Neubert's color selection support, and members of their team came out and painted samples on my house that I then chose from. When it came time to start the work, the team made it very clear--in writing--what I could expect from them on a day-to-day basis. Their painters were all professional and mindful of my neighbors. Now, with the project done, I am certain that I got every penny of my money's worth, and I have recommended Neubert already to friends and family.

I liked everything about them. They sent out inspectors to periodically check the work and if there was any problem they just fixed it. They came out to check the outside work and touched up a couple of spots that even I had not noticed.

Extremely well. The team was conscientious, neat, polite and professional. They constantly asked if everything was the way I wanted it, and they went to extra effort to finish the job precisely as I expected.

Everything was great. They showed up on time to do the estimate - gave me a discount coupon and cash discount. They kept in touch with me as to when they could start - showed up when they were supposed to every day and finished the job quickly. And, it looks great. They were great about doing anything extra I asked, cleaned up each day, and were pleasant to deal with.

I was very impressed with them, we have young children and they were considerate, respectful, and aware of safety issues. They were courteous and polite. They even helped bring in my groceries one day! They did a very good thorough job, at one point they wanted to redo what they had done because they wanted to do it better.

Very fine operation. Would definitely use this firm again
