Extremely easy process.

I had the part and after talking to Steve decided that the amount of work involved would have been too difficult for me to do on my own. He used my actuator & was substantially cheaper than the Honda dealer's quote. He even took pictures during the installation to show me. I'm glad I let them do the work! They washed and polished the exterior as I planned to sell the vehicle. It sold in ONE day on Craigslist. The polish helped me sell the car without having to drop the price. I'll definitely use them again for any other body work.

I have had worked done by Rieser's before, and was reminded again when I went there again what great work they do, and how reasonable they are compared to other estimates I had received. Generally, I don't trust anyone who works on cars, as I view it as a license to steal, but Steve is as honest as they come and I trust whatever he says, and the quality of his work backs it up everytime. It is not an accident that Rieser's consistently gets A's on Angie's list.

I called Reiser's after I cracked my side mirror on my car. They could not have been nicer. They got me a quote very quickly (for less than the dealership quoted) and ordered the parts needed that day. They called when the parts were in (in the time framethat they quoted) and got me in right away to fix it. They repaired the mirror in the amount of time that they quoted and for the same price.

They worked with getting payment from the other driver and fixed my car promptly. It was also easy to arrange a rental car. I have used them before and will continue to do so because the process is hassle -free!

Got rear ended. Needed a new bumper cover and a little but if exhaust. Painted the cover to match. Great job.

I took my vehicle to Rieser's after several failed attempts at getting it repaired at another local body shop. Marte Rieser was very understanding of my situation and was very helpful in making the arrangements for getting my vehicle repaired correctly. Steve Rieser explained everything he was going to do to repair my vehicle in order to correct what the other body shop had done. He contacted me midway through the repair process to let me know what he found after disassembling the vehicle and explained what the rest of the repair process would be. When I picked up the vehicle, the work they did on my vehicle made it look as if nothing had ever been damaged. It looked as good as new! I highly recommend Rieser's Autobody for their professionalism, their open communication, their quick turnaround, and most of all for their quality workmanship.

What a great experience! From the estimate (all of 20 minutes) to the repairs (one week), Rieser's did a great job! Stopped in for the estimate on November 6 and, after discussing with my insurance agent, set up the repairs for the week of November 18. Hertz was there with the rental car upon my arrival at Rieser's. I was told the repairs would take five days and they completed the work right on time. Returned the rental car to Rieser's location, paid the portion of the bill that I owed and was on my way in about 15 minutes. The car look like new! Best part is, after being told by the Cadillac dealer that I needed to replace the rear bumper, Rieser's pointed out that all I really needed was to have the clips that secure the bumper replaced...$58.00 in parts versus $500.00 in parts! Whoo hoo! They have won my business for life....

They made the whole experience as pleasant as possible from the initial quote to pick up of the vehicle after repair. The owner provided the initial quote for the repairs and showed me what needed to be fixed and explained what needed to be done. They told me how long they would need the car and worked with my insurance company to arrange for a rental car. I brought my car in at the agreed upon time and the rental car company was already waiting for me. My car was ready for pick up as promised and all I had to do was leave the rental car there and drive my own car home. The repair looked great. You couldn't tell where the damage was, and the car was washed inside and out. The entire experience was very easy and I felt comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It went great! The car, which is 3 years old looks like new. They did everything they promised to do, on time, and within budget and they were very friendly and professional. They handled everything, from dealing with the insurance to getting me a rental car all with a friendly smile. Thanks Steve and Marte!

I'll start by saying that I was completely thrilled with the entire experience. I contacted Reiser's Auto Body based on ratings and reviews on Angie's List. There's a reason why this company has earned all A's in the ratings. Even my first call to Marte put me at ease that they'd make sure I was happy and that feeling continued all the way through the entire repair process. When I showed up for my estimate, I was greeted warmly by Marte. She took my information, answered every one of my questions, and then had Steve look the vehicle over to provide the estimate. I hadn't yet decided if this would be filed for insurance as I was waiting to see the final estimate - I ended up going ahead with filing a claim. Marte worked with the insurance company and my repair was approved within an hour or two of her talking with the adjuster. Steve proceeded outside to thoroughly go over my vehicle. When he came back inside, he pulled up the parts information and started to work on the estimate. He provided great advice on whether to go with factory or after-market parts (I chose factory for all but one piece) and even showed me the actual prices. I was pleased that he wasn't trying to swindle me by inflating anything. When I asked why the headlamp needed replaced (it looked good to my untrained eye even though the beam pointed somewhat downward) he walked with me outside to show me where it was definitely broken. I was treated with respect (even when I asked questions) and I was never made to feel like just another number or a paycheck. Steve let me know that there could be some hidden damage that couldn't be seen, but I was lucky in that there was no additional damage. Marte arranged for the rental car and the Hertz rep was waiting for me Monday when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. The repair estimate was accurate for both time and price and I was able to pick up Thursday exactly as promised. They cleaned it inside and out (I swear it hasn't looked this good since I bought it 4 years ago). I could tell that they even wiped down all of the surfaces inside because they'd been somewhat dusty and/or dirty before the repair. Overall, this was a great experience and I've already started telling friends and family that this is the place to go if you need body work done on your vehicle. In talking to others, I've heard some real horror stories about how they were treated so I know they'll have a much better experience at Reiser's.

First, I don't have a lot of experience in comparing costs so I can't comment on that. As far as dealing with the team at Rieser's - they were a pleasure to deal with. I was having some body work done prior to trading in my car. They ran into a hiccup with re-connecting my battery (it was a hybrid) and it looked like I would have to wait to purchase the car since the trade in wasn't done. When I explained the situation to them, they worked hard and stayed late to get it done on time for me. I really appreciated the extra effort. Also, the paint job they did was noticeably better than one that was previously done on the car.

They checked the car over and submitted the insurance claim, arranged for a rental car and called when the parts came in to set an appointment. When they removed the damaged parts they discovered some hidden damage to the headlight assembly, so they contacted the insurance company to modify the claim. The repair was done in a couple of days so they called when it was ready for pickup. The whole experience was handled very well in my opinion.

I was favorably impressed by the warm friendly attitude of both Marte and Steve Rieser. They went out of the way to help obtaining a rental car. The workmanship was excellent, and they take pride in their work. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were great. It was another person's fault so we didn't pay anything. It was covered by their insurance.

They bennt over backwards to make my truck look brand new. It was first class repair work! I knew right away after walking into their place that they were going to be all right. My car was hit by a semi-truck and it looks brand new. I can’t say enough good things about Rieser’s Body Shop. It was very heartwarming to have such a good experience with them. Their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend their services.

Rieser's gave me an estimate on a Thursday, saying it would take 2-3 days and they could start the following Monday. I agreed to the estimate on the Friday, and delivered the car to them the following Monday afternoon, getting it back on Thursday. The paint matched up perfectly to my eye, and the bumper looks great. I like it it when someone does what they say they will do. Rieser's wasn't the lowest estimate I got, but my insurance agent was familiar with the others and said I would be happy with Rieser's. She was right.

This is a small business so you are dealing with the owner and his wife. Both of them were very friendly and professional, kept us informed as to the progress of the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and they did lots of little things to make sure the car looked as good as new.
