Henry is pleasant to work with. The only downside is communications. After I hired him I didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks. The next communication came on the morning of the repair that he was on his way. Luckily we were home so everything worked out. Finally had some rain today & no more leak! With nothing to compare to it’s hard to rate “value for money” but since I don’t do ladders and roofs I am satisfied.

Crew was friendly and efficient. One vent cover was not sealed and leaked. Henry came and made it right. All were very genuinely kind and caring. Would recommend them anytime.

I called Panda Roof for a leak on my second floor office. Henry promptly came out for an inspection and found no obvious leak in my slate roof. He suggested it may be an internal pipe with a leak. When I checked that out he was right! It ended up being a cut pipe that was leaking water. I had that fixed and my problem was solved. Henry is extremely honest, as evidenced by his correct assessment of my issue. I’d hire him again, and suggest if you are in need of an honest roofer experienced in slate or otherwise, give them a call.
