Great, they called before they were coming, did a great job cleaning and flushing the gutters. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use again.

Very well. They were responsive to my request for an inspection and scheduled a technician to visit. The repairs were made in a very professional manner and at no cost.

It went great. I was impressed by the company from the first phone call with Anthony, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. (He listened to my needs, explained options, answered questions, and promptly got us on the schedule.) The two technicians (Eric and Will?) who completed the work were also excellent. They called to let me know they would arrive in 45 minutes, helpfully walked w/me around the house to review the process and our home's quirks. I plan to use them for driveway cleaning once the spring clean-up, mulching, and other dirt-raising landscape-related projects are complete. NOTE: Having never gone through this kind of comprehensive cleaning before, I wasn't sure whether their price was "good" or "excellent", so I gave the highest rating because our house has a lot of nooks and crannies, and their overall level of professionalism strikes me as likely superior to potential competitors.

We called them late in the year because leaves were still falling. They came out and cleaned the gutters and left no mess behind. Will hire again. Professional.

They clean our gutters every year and do a great job! I also like that they make reminder calls each season to get me on the schedule.

The Company responded to my request for a quote within a few days and was able to get us scheduled for a gutter cleaning and installation of gutter guards. Our house is a bit tricky to get to the gutters but the quoter and installer were experienced and walked us through how the job would be completed. The work was completed and after the first few rains, have held up well with no overflowing gutters or debris showing up yet.

They did a very nice job, and I really appreciated that they found a small roof problem that I was able to then take care of. (with another company....they were not "looking for more work.") Another company would have perhaps not been observant, or would have just walked away...and I would not have known until it got much worse, since I don't go up on my roof!

These guys are great - the only way I can tell they were at my house while I was out was that the gutters are clean. Nothing is left behind! I even referred them to my sister and she too was very impressed with the quality of work and the price. They are pro-active and CALL ME to make the appointment each year. It's fabulous! One less thing I need to do or remember to do!

The Gutter Boys contacted me to schedule the fall cleaning. The staff arrived on the agreed upon date and time and were professional and courteous. The service men cleaned up any residue/mess from the gutter cleaning. My bill was left @ the door and also emailed to me immediately after the service. I would hire the gutter boys again.

I have been doing business with Gutter Boys for several years. They help me maintain two (2) properties. I am very pleased with their prompt, reliable and professional services. The works are neat, efficient and polite. I give Gutter Boys an A+ rating.

The cleaning went very well. I called one day and the workers showed up the next day. The response time was impressive. The workers were thorough and courteous. This is the second year I've used Gutter Boys, and I plan to use them again next year.

I called “The Gutter Boys” for a quote and to schedule gutter cleaning. I was quoted $109. I asked if there was an Angie’s List discount, and was told that my price would then be $94. I tried to schedule, but was told that they would just come within a window of time. If I was not there, they would leave the bill in the door. I agreed to this and a few days later, I came home to find a bill in my door for gutter cleaning and flushing my downspouts. The bill said that I owed $109. which was not what I was quoted. I called and spoke to Austin who insisted that there was no such discount. This was very frustrating. I thought this would be a simple fix of my bill but he just kept insisting that I was wrong. At this point, I made it clear that I was skeptical that the cleaning was done. I have mulch all around my home. There is not a single mark in the mulch from a ladder. Also, they checked that they had done a downspout flush. Well, unless they have a water truck, that would be impossible. My sprinklers and outdoor spigots were shut off in October. I told him that I would be putting all of this information into my review of their services. Another gentleman called me back a few minutes later. He wanted to resolve the situation. Or, so he said. He promised to correct my bill and send a Supervisor out to verify that the work was actually done. I agreed to this. I got a revised bill in the mail for the amount I was originally quoted. I got home and found another bill in my door for the wrong amount. Again. And, they sent the same guys out that supposedly did the work a few days before. So, I question whether the work was done and they send out the same guys I had issues with? Does that make sense?? What happened to the Supervisor I was promised? Now, I have 3 bills for services that I am not sure I even got? Again, they said they flushed the gutters after I specifically made a point of saying that was not possible. They lied twice. Had I been here, they could have used my garage spigot. I won’t know if the work was done properly until it rains hard and I can see if my one gutter is still clogged. I don’t even know what to say. I called them late Friday and no one has called me back. I can’t recommend them to anyone because none of this makes any sense. This is no way to conduct your business.

I've used the Gutter Boys for the last few years to clean our gutters several times in the season. Not only do they do a fantastic job, they are professional, always knock to let us know they are working on our house, and make sure not to leave any debris behind. Their prices are very reasonable and the ability to do online scheduling for any service needed is great. We've used other services in the past but Gutter Boys service is far superior in every aspect. Seems to be a well run company.

It started out very well. The salesman came out at the arranged time and did a good job of explaining everything. We ordered guards that needed to be ordered in and were told that they would call and schedule when they came in. I was on my way out to an appointment when the workers pulled into our driveway. we had not gotten a call to schedule. They had called a wrong number twice and had gotten no response, but came anyway. I cancelled my appt and said to go ahead with the work. I'm glad I stayed home because they brought the wrong guards and had to leave and go get the correct ones. The workman seemed to do a good job and the guards look good. The work seems fine, but communication was a problem.
