They did a great job, including moving a vanity that weighed about 200 pounds up one flight. Plumbing work by Killeen gets done once without any issues thereafter.

We thought we would have to replace our hot water heater and they came out and said it was the heating element. They repaired it same day they arrived. We would definitely use them again.

They were on time and finished job in less than an hour. Was satisfied and would use them again.

They reconnected water and drain line. They also tightened nut under faucet and tested everything to insure there are no leaks. Happy with work and will use them again.

Called on Tuesday and they were out on Wednesday. Took care of it. Very prompt and great work.

Killeen Plumbing came and gave us an estimate. When the job started, they were awesome. They knew what they were doing and they got the job done, even though it was a massive job. They were meticulous about cleaning up the yard and driveway when they were done, and at one point, one of the workman was actually on his hands and knees scrubbing my basement floor. The job cost exactly what the estimate stated and I would hire them again with no hesitation. I have recommended to serval friends already and they were also very pleased. Awesome people.

Service was excellent. Plumber was punctual and worked quicker than estimated, so the cost was a bit lower than quote.

Technician spent 10-15 minutes with it. Made some adjustments. No parts were replaced. Worked fine afterward. While the work was done satisfactorily, the $79 price for 15 minutes work was exorbitant. I fully understand having a minimum service fee but if the service provider wanted to develop a long term relationship with the customer I would think they'd be flexible with the service fee for 15 minutes of work. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are important to us in any relationship with a service provider. It is not evident to us that this is so with Killeen Plumbing. Unfortunately we'll be using another service provider for all our future plumbing needs.

They were great they got the job done in less time than was projected. We have two bathrooms and the lower one I wanted all the plumbing replaced as I am remodeling it and upper one just the toilet cast iron replaced and vented through the roof. They missed the inspection fee in the quote but it all reasonable and was done to code.

Nick and Joe were great. Job done professionally and both guys knew what they were doing. They explained everything to me on both visits so no surprises. No more leaking in basement. The girls who answer the phones are extremely polite and helpful every time I called with questions or to schedule for appointments. Will recommend them and use them again in future.

I had purchased a drain cleaning package from Killeen Plumbing through Angie's List, and have used their services before for other plumbing issues. Patrick was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He had the bathtub drain snaked and running better than it had since we bought the house in less than 20 minutes. Since the sink drain is tied in, he also snaked that drain and replaced the trap and other necessary parts for a very reasonable price. He also checked the stack in the basement to ensure the water was running well. Patrick left the room in good condition and didn't mind my asking questions. It was a great experience, and I'm 100% satisfied.

I use them all of the time. They are very good. My garbage disposal was on the fritz. I had some rice stuck in the disposal. It was jamming, the motor was running, but the blade wasn't turning. I have used them for my rental properties. They are the person I call if I have plumbing problems.

Excellent. When I noticed water on the bathroom floor I had to get quick service (also I had guests coming). Killeen fit me into their schedule. Given their excellent service, I had them do other things as well. All together they were here three times.

I was told info that was not accurate and sloppy job was done. Destroyed my cement floor. Nate came out and did a great job trying to fix work previously done but most damage was already done.

They did an excellent job. We use them for plumbing. They did diagnostic work to find out what was causing the leak in the basement. They brought in equipment and people and dug down 8 ft to the sewer. They found the problem and did some work along the side. They also rerouted the sump pump which is only a year old. The lines that went into the sump pump, we had had some work done by another company a few years ago and the line was going uphill instead of going downhill. They did some waterproofing where the leak was but not the entire basement. I had used them for plumbing before so when I was looking for someone to do the water leak, I noticed that they did waterproofing. I said, oh I know they are good so.

We just like them, they are timely and fairly price. They seem to know what they are doing.

He had the small repair fixed within 10 minutes of arrival. Unfortunately, there's a minimum charge that was required for the first hour of work. But overall, a great find!

Good, we know the source of the leak and put a few "bandages" in place until we replace the entire shower as a part of another project to correct damage due to the leak. Killeen plumbing does not do renovating. They would step in after the major work was done.

Killeen was able to replace my leaking hot water tank same day. The people that did the install were very professional, did not make a mess (or at least clean it up if they did). Everyone else said that they would get to us in 3 days to a week but Killeen made it happen the same day I called.

Killeen did a great job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again for future projects.
