It was very good. They showed up when promised, did what was needed and gave us the discount as advertised on Angie's list.

It went very well. He came out the same day we called, determined the problem very quickly. Made suggestions for an affordable replacement kitchen faucet (which we purchased ourselves to save money) and he came out the next day and installed it. He was very prompt and friendly.

The job went very well whenever Quinn and his team were involved. There was a 3rd party (Dominion) that made life miserable for myself, tenants and Quinn's team through delays and scheduling. Quinn's team was responsive, fast and reliable and most importantly did an outstanding job. Quinn's pricing model is based on a flat per hour charge plus supplies. I am glad that I found Quinn on Angie's List and he has a client for life.

Everything has gone absolutely fine with them thus far. They are prompt, they're very accommodating, and its a family owned business. The owners are very pleasant people, and their cost is very reasonable. I've recommended them to quite a few people, and will continue to do so in the future.

We've noticed moisture in our crawlspace, and Quinn came out to diagnose it. He determined that the foundation was sound, and that the drains around the house and to the street should be checked with the camera and snaked if blocked. He told us the cost per hour, and what to expect when they came out. There was some breakage in the drain tiles as well as build up of debris and roots. Some connecting pipes were also replaced. Quinn and his assistant were pleasant to deal with, thorough and very helpful. We will have him back to finish the larger job of replacing the front yard drain tile, as well as putting drain tile across the back yard. He will give us a quote, before we make a commitment to this portion of the job.

It went pretty well. They were here for about an hour and they did a great job. They actually charged me a lot less than what other companies were charging and they even came in on a weekend.

Excellent experience. Chad came on time to provide an estimate and was able to complete some work the same day. He was very pleasant and professional to my tenants. He returned two days later to complete all of the jobs. The office called with an update as to the time of his arrival. They had originally provided a two hour window (noon - 2 pm) for his arrival, and then called that morning to say it would be closer to 2 pm - I appreciate that kind of service, as often times you sit and wonder if you've been forgotten when a contractor is running behind. Labor rate was $68 an hour and supplies were not marked up from cost.

It was very good and we plan on using them again. He was very thorough and he explained what he was doing. He was very fair and did not charge me for some parts. He gave me some tips on how to fix a problem in the bathroom. He was good.

Wonderful. Fixed everything that was needed. Toilet was making noise a few days after he left, he returned promptly to fix it.

I was willing to pay whatever Killeen wanted to charge me to get a second opinion from a reputable source. I was pleasantly surprised to not be billed.

I called and talked to Quinn's wife and she set up the appointment for me the next morning. Quinn and his apprentice, Drew, promptly came to my house and were friendly and courteous. Quinn explained that my line wasn't that clogged with tree roots, and he could see from his camera that my line was in good shape. He then told me that my city line was clogged up with tree roots and called the city to let them know that they needed to snake their part of my line so I won't have any future unnecessary problems. He also told me that if I have him out in 12-18 months for maintenance work on my line that he would charge me $100 instead of the $145. I plan to use him again for any of my plumbing needs.

We tried fixing the problem ourselves but realized the garbage disposal needed to be removed first and we didn't know how. Quinn answered promptly when I called, was very pleasant and accommodating in working with my schedule, and sent someone the same day. Randy explained expected costs before starting work. He was polite and professional. He filled the sink and let it drain twice to ensure the problem was fixed. Killeen has an hour minimum for their charges; he was done with the damaged pipe before an hour had passed so he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was there. He noted some existing damage to our sink. I asked him where we could get a replacement. He gave me the name of a supplier and where they are located. He also described some challenges that might exist with taking the old sink off because of how the current one was put on. His bill was thorough in explaining his work.

He was out here for 4 hours and would not give up until he got the drain going. He went above and beyond to try to get the job done for me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Quinn Killeen came out the same day I called about a very stubborn drain that has been clogged off and on for months. He was pleasant, courteous, and communicated well. He suggested that he not snake the drain because we had used Drano and our house is almost 100 years old; so he ended up plunging the drain. We ended up not having the expense of a snake and learned NOT to ever use Drano. Thanks KILLEEN PLUMBING!
