Was impressed with their service on a previous call. They came in a timely manner, were courteous, answered all questions. They were careful of my floors and carpets, were efficient in their tasks, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Will continue to use them on future jobs.

Came in a timely fashion after I gave them description of the problem. Repair personnel were courteous, respectful of my carpets and floors (bathroom was on second floor). After completion of repair, they cleaned up after themselves. As far as cost, far lower than plumbers I had use previously; will use again.

Information provided by Quinn Killeen helped us make warranty claim to home builder. Builder has agreed to do excavation and repair.

I had originally called them to try to fix a leaky faucet. They gave me an evening appointment to accommodate my schedule, and came out the same day. Upon inspection, they suggested I buy a new faucet. A week or so later, I bought a new faucet. I called to make an appointment to have it installed. Although they did not offer me an evening appointment, they did offer a late afternoon appointment. They came out the same day, and installed my faucet quickly and professionally. They even offered a small discount to Angieslist members. I would definitely use them again in the future!

They did the work quickly, they did a nice job, and everything worked out well. We are happy with the service they provided. They were responsive, took care of the problem, cleaned up the mess, and stuck around until the job was done.

Great experience! Called and had someone out four hours later. Was given two hour window for arrival time and was called when person was on their way to house. He was professional, wore shoe covers into the house, worked quickly, explained what he was doing and left a spotless work site. Received a 10% Angie's List discount. Will definitely call this company again when in need of plumbing work.

First of all, when I called Killeen, the person that took the call was very professional, courteous/respectful and customer service oriented. We talked about the situation and how they would most likely have to proceed to fix the problem. I called at 8pm on a Thursday evening, and she had someone at my house at 10am the next morning. When the plumber arrived, Chad, we talked about the situation. He explained all of the work that needed to be done and was finished within an hour. After the job was done, he showed me the work and we talked about how to prevent the situation again. He was very knowledgeable, courteous/respectful and customer service oriented. Since I am a new homeowner, I have never had to call a plumber before. The associates at Killeen made me feel very comfortable about calling them and about the job they were going to perform. I highly recommend them.

Randy arrived as promised, about 4 hours after I placed the service call. The 50 gallon rapid recovery water heater installed by our home builder had failed. I believe that I paid a modest premium for Killeen's work but the comfort of working with a highly rated, professional company that guarantees it's work made it worth while.

Realistically the experiences with Killeen Plumbing could not have gone better. I hope I don't need plumbing services anytime soon, but if I do I'll be calling Killeen again.

He gave me an estimate and fixed the sink on the same day. The second time he came he got a helper because he was not able to move his arm. He has got nice personality and he did a good job.

Killeen received our call and did the work on the same day. Killeen determined that the toilet was clogged with a white hard substance (drywall mud from a contractor that decided to clean their tools in the toilet). I was pleased the responsiveness and also very professional.

This company is very responsive and professional. They used shoe covers when coming into the house and I quickly found out that when I call them, they will come when they say they will come and were willing to work with my difficult work schedule. The first time they came in response to the leak, I told Quinn, who by the way is a master plumber, what I would need and he told me that I could purchase the new faucet for the upstairs bathroom myself and he was cooperative with working with another contractor who would be replacing the bathroom floor. The other contractor took 2 months to finish the work which was way longer than I expected but Killeen came out and spent 4 hours to complete all of the above work. I love this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. I have dealt with many other plumbers in the past and never had them back after the original work because they were never satisfactory. I feel like I have found a company that is reliable, professional and reasonable in price.

Called Sunday, and they arrived when promised on Monday. Plumber was very competent, thorough and professional. Explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and better than before.

I emailed Killeen on Monday night and Tuesday morning received a call. An appointment was made for after work that day and they called to tell me they were on their way. The work was prompt and very professional. I was very pleased.

Went quickly and smoothly. Called on a Monday, he was there by Friday (could have been sooner but that worked best for me.) Did exactly what was asked and did a nice job. Very good experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very good experience. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and was able to get someone out that day if I needed it. The service man came during the 2 hour window I asked for and was professional and efficient.

I called about 8 A.M. and someone was here by 10 A.M. He looked over the problem, cleaned out the pipe, put it back together and was finished, all within less than 30 minutes.

They hadn't written down the original estimate appointment, but we called when they were late and Quinn was able to be there later that day. He gave us an education and an estimate on the backup sump pump, and we scheduled a day for them to come out and install it. We gave them access to the house, and the pump was installed, and the area cleaned neatly, with no problems and by the time we came out that night. Quinn came out separately to unclog two vanity sinks and came in under the estimate price because the work was less than expected. He also suggested a product we could get at a hardware store to keep the drains clear in a "natural" way (we try to avoid chemicals in the home). Both Quinn and his office manager (his wife) are very friendly and helpful, and we'll be calling them the next time we need plumbing work.

The plumber was prompt and courteous. He snaked the bathtub drain but had difficulty getting through. He ended up having to cut a pipe in the basement because the clog seemed to be farther down than we originally thought. He worked really hard to try to clear the clog. After many attempts to clear the clog, he was not able to because we believed that there were tree roots involved.

Great job and provided me with peace of mind.

I called on a Friday and spoke to a very nice young woman. Service was scheduled for Monday afternoon. They showed up when they said they would, put on little booties to protect my carpet and got to work. The drain was cleared (and they suggested a product to keep it running) and other work was done quickly (less than one hour). I asked about replacing the laundry tub in the basement, which I may consider at a later time. I wrote a check and they went to the truck. He was back in a couple minutes to tell me that he neglected to include the Angie's List discount, so I wrote a new check for LESS money!
