I felt Killeen Plumbing was fairly priced. He came out first thing the next day after I had called the night before. He was a very nice guy and very professional. He was very informative and knowledgeable as well.

They are extremely friendly and extremely professional. I trust them and they are honest. They are prompt and do good work. They have done work for us in the past. They moved some plumbing around and did some gas lines so we could knock a wall out in our house.

It was an excellent experience. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and double checked all of his work. He was able to figure-out problems and solve them. I would give them 5-stars.

I could not have asked for better service. Killeen's personnel were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. At some point my kitchen faucet will need to be replaced and I will definitely have Killeen Plumbing do that installation.

Chad was excellent. The job was performed within an hour. He was very thorough with clean-up. I was surprised at the final cost; I thought it would be much more. The company itself was very responsive. I called at 11 AM on Tuesday, and Chad was at my door by 1 PM. I didn't expect same-day service. I've used Killeen Plumbing before, and it is one of the most professional businesses I have experienced. Kudos to Killeen!

Hooray! I have a new plumber! I've had a couple of other plumbers out to the house with "meh" results. I called Killeen at 4:55 about the u-bend pipe in the sink. They had someone available who was at my house in about 20 minutes. I told Quinn about the other issues, and he gave me a price quote right up front. He got all 4 jobs done within an hour. The $107 was for the hour of labor and materials (pipes and toilet parts) with the Angie's List discount. Quinn was very nice and professional, and I feel like I got a bargain.

Killeen Plumbing did a super job again. Tom was a true professional. Again they fixed a problem that was supposedly done right 6 months ago by another outfit that was recomened by a friend. Leaking 1st floor toilet into the overhead of the newly finished basement bathroom. When Tom pulled the toilet, the sealing ring appeared not to have been replaced, it was old and crumbled in his fingers. Stay with Angie's List and stay with Kileen Plumbing if you want it done right the first time...you will be happier and it is cheaper in the long run.

Chad was very personable and professional. The installation was very smooth, neat and clean. Upon entering our home, Chad removed his workboots and continued to put them on and take them off as he went back and forth to the truck. He did this on his own as part of his great customer service. He was obviously knowledgeable about his trade and gave us good advice as to what kind of faucet to get as a replacement. We are extremely pleased with the service call and the outcome and will definitely use this company again!

Not just a single service. Our family has used Killeen for about 6 years, and we recommend them to everyone. They are quick to respond (especially in an emergency), clean and efficient about their work, able to give ideas to fit into your budget, good with interested children (and dogs!), and genuinely concerned with the well being of your family. This is the type of business that doesn't just want today's job, they want your return service, and your recommendations. Highly recommended.

The fixed both very quickly. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellenct and very friendly. We got service the same day I called for help. I would highly recommend this company to other Angies List members.

Overall it was a great experience. They were on time, professional and really nice. They knew exactly what to do and took their time making sure it was correct. We are very satisfied with the result and will use Killeen again in the future for sure!

it was good experience. prepared the area before started working. explained what he was doing. didn't do anything that wasn't necessary. cleaned up after the work was done.

Called a plumber we have used for years - unable to come out for four days. Called Killeen and they were able to work us in the same day. Replaced drain pipes under sink, unclogged disposal (had to snake behind wall). Explained every step along the way along with our options and cost. Very professional in manner and appearance. Thought price was very reasonable. We have found ourselves a new plumber!

They were punctual and cameout on time. It was a very tedious process to test everything and make sure the gas leak was gone. They were here for about 5-6 hours. During the work a phone line was cut and I had to call them back and they had to send someone out to repair the phone line. They had someone sent out and at no charge to us and they were prompt in fixing something that was inadvertently damaged.

The gentleman that came out was helpful and did the work quickly. I did get some additional advice from him on some other plumbing concerns.

Excellent attitude and helpfulness. Several other plumbers could not come today, but Killeen could send someone out in the afternoon. I explained that I would be trying other Angie's List plumbers to see if someone could arrive sooner. The scheduler at Killeen was fine with that and kept me scheduled for the pm. I found a plumber who could arrive sooner. Just before they arrived, Killeen called me saying they had someone in the area who could be here soon. Killeen didn't have a problem with keeping me on the pm schedule in case the soon-to-arrive plumber couldn't do the work. When I called back to cancel their pm appointment, they were gracious and just as nice as on the first call.

The Killeen representative appeared at the time promised, and seemed very knowledgable. Based on the time he spent with us, and the fact that all our problems were successfully dealt with, we thought the price was reasonable.

I saw water damage on the ceiling in my basement and thought that one of our toilets or sinks above may be leaking. The man came to investigate and we tried to recreate any situation. He found nothing wrong and thought that my son probably spilled something in the bathroom (or something else unfortunately) and just cleaned it up. He offered to take out my toilet to see if something was wrong but he would have to charge me and he thought that nothing was wrong. I appreciated the fact that he didn't do work that he felt was unwarranted just to charge me. He was very nice and very professional.

Very good and professional same day servidce at a reasonable price

It went great. The two workers made sure that the old plumbing lines to the new dishwasher were compatible and still in good condition, and there was no need to change them. With the kitchen disposer they used one provided by us and they had to alter the drain slightly to fit it. Everything works great and we are leak free.

I've used twice and am very pleaseed. The price is reasonable. They don't charge until they actually perform the work. They don't charge a travel charge.

The technician arrived earlier than expected, which was great. He was extremely professional and did a great job. We will definitely call Killeen for future plumbing needs. Great work - we truly appreciate it!

Was impressed with their service on a previous call. They came in a timely manner, were courteous, answered all questions. They were careful of my floors and carpets, were efficient in their tasks, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Will continue to use them on future jobs.
