Plumbing can be a mystery novel sometimes and the obvious solution is not always the correct one. Killeen Plumbing sent out the first plumber last week to check it out and figured both faucets (one 2 yrs new & one from the 70's) needed new cartridges. Long story short ... if you purchase faucets from Depot or Lowes then there is a good chance that they are 'special designs' (to keep the price down) that will require special parts to be ordered. The first plumber was working for well over an hour, running back and forth to parts dept and calling Moen to find out what was going on with my problem. Parts had to be ordered so he woud be back when the part arrived. Nothing was solved, but there was much work done and I new I would have the labor cost if nothing else. In the final bill Killeen Plumbing only charged for 30 min of labor which was a gift and way more than fair to me the customer. Second plumber was out today with new part, which fit just fine, but it didn't solve the problem at all. We talked about it and I asked if I had to go out and purchase a whole new faucet and he cautioned me to wait and let's double check the lines to be sure the problem was with the faucet. He back tracked along the incoming water line ... saw that this had good pressure and then while crammed in a small sinkbase with very little light he did some investigative work to uncover debris leftover from replacing our hot water heater that accumulated on the incoming side of the faucet. It was just large enough not to pass through the faucet line so it was slowly accumulating any small sediment pieces that came by chocking off the water pressure. It was not actually something he could see directly, but rather what an experienced plumber can deduce about what must be happening. He nailed it and the flow of water is back to normal. According to my clock he was there for an hour & a half, but the bill was for 3/4 of an hour. You can trust these guys. They charge for the time they work and drop the time it takes you to explain the problem. Neither plumber was able to fix the Guest Bath problem with the shower, but that is because homes built in the 70's were not required to have access panels. We know where the problem is, but can't get to it without tearing something out first. It's something I can live with and will fix it in 5 yrs when we enlarge the Bath. Also we will definitely have Killeen Plumbing do the work. Great guys - trustworthy, professional and a great value.

I had my pipes replaced under my bathroom sink as well as a snake ran into my wall. I had first tried to tackle the problem with no success. My sink was not draining at all. I made an emergency call to Roto Rooter and they sent someone out. They quoted me $365. I kindly asked him to leave my house. I then reached out to Killeen and they were very nice and professional. They had someone out a day later and performed the service. I'm not sure who the serviceman was, but he was very nice and even offered us a 10% coupon. Not only that, but my wife went in to see how the job was going and he was washing out the tub that I had place under the sink to catch the dripping water. I will be calling Killeen for any other plumbing need. Highly recommended.

Quinn was wonderful. Due to the back-up my main toilet poured water all over my bathroom floor which leaked down to the kitchen. Additionally water was oozing out of my my drain stack in the basement due to the back-up. I shut the main water off and hoped for a miracle of getting a plumber out on a Saturday morning. I called at 8:09 and someone answered my call and immediately set out to arrange for someone to come out. Within about an hour and a half the guys were out at my house. I thought this was wonderful service . They were polite professional and it was a great experience.

Fantastic! Tom & Pat from Killeen Plumbing are the best! I got a call 5 minutes before arrival and they went right to work until it was finished. This job entailed special details as there was not an existing dishwasher or disposal. I also got the insinkerator button installed on the sink for the disposal They installed the dishwasher where a cabinet was and there was a small gap which they took care of by fitting a piece of the cabinet in place. It looks perfect. They are so polite, nice and clean up well. I couldn't be happier. The price was right especially for the quality of work I received.

I have used Killeen on three separate occasions. They have never disappointed. Now my neighbors use them too.

.I chose Killeen Plumbing from Angie's List and was happy that I did. Nate arrived when he said he would, was very professional and took extra precautions not to not make a mess in the kitchen. He cleared the clogged drain in less than 45 minutes. After clearing the drain he completely cleaned up the area of the kitchen where he had been working. When I mentioned that we had chosen Killeen from Angie's List he told me that I qualified for a 10% discount. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and would not hesitate to use Killeen Plumbing again or refer a friend to them.

They were very professional and up front. We had used another plumbing company for repeated toilet problems. This group was up front in telling us our toilets were quite old and would continue to clog intermittently. The cost of a new toilet through them installed was the same as about two visits from the other guys to unclog toilets that were clogged again within only days sometimes. We replaced one already and will replace the other two through Killeen as we are able. No problems since! Love the new faucet, too.

The young man that came out was incredibly helpful. We had him out for one problem. We discovered something that he had worked on leaked and it ended up not being something he did. He came right out to take care of it immediately and said that there was no charge. We talked with him and we had him do a whole bunch of other stuff. We had been thinking about doing these others jobs and asked him to give us an estimate for it. It was basically replacing some fixtures and fixing a drain. They were all little stuff and there was nothing big. His price was so reasonable that we had him do the entire job. They worked with us on the price and availability. They said that they wouldn’t charge us until everything was done. We will continue to use this company in the future.

The experience was great from the office staff who did the scheduling to the plumbers. When I called the office they were attentive and consdierate. They went out of their way to accomodate my schedule. The experience went well, and my plumbing issues were more involved than first expected. The first plumber diagnosed the problem. It meant that another plumber with additional equipment had to come out to my home. The plumbers had experience, explained the issues to me and were patient. Killeen's treats you as you would want them to--the golden rule. I have recommended them to others. They will be the plumbers that I call on in the future.

Downstairs sewer backed up. Killeen came out and rooted out the drain. Put the camera in so we could see where the rootball had caused the problem. Reasonable charge for prompt, courteous and professional service....Couldn't ask for more. Putting Killeen on speed dial!

They were very prompt and professional and I was very happy with the service. The appointment was two days after my initial call and the whole appointment took less than an hour. I will use this company again in the future.

Excellent! Killeen Plumbing did a great job installing a gas line/pipe for my new gas stove. Tom did a really professional job. He is a fantastic worker. It went better than I expected. I will call Killeen for all of my plumbing needs. They do great work and the price is right.

I am very satisfied. They fixed my problem at a reasonable price and used material that exceeded the code at the stated price.

When we called Killeen Plumbing on Tuesday evening, they told us they could have someone out the next afternoon. As they promised, they called when the crew was on its way. John and his assistant arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They identified the source of the leak and advised us about two options for fixing it. We had company arriving the next day, so we chose to caulk the edges of the tub ourselves. But if that fix doesn't last, we will definitely call Killeen to replace the tub surround.

Perfect! I used Killeen Plumbing based on reviews on A.L. as my regular plumber was busy. I needed a plumber same day and they were able to accomodate. I called in the morning (it was day of the blizzard) and they scheduled two servicemen (Tom & Pat) to be out by afternoon. I was given a two hour window of time and recieved a call right before their arrival. Tom & Pat were very professional and insisted on putting the blue slip-on covers over their workboots (even though I told them they didn't have to). While I sat on the couch they worked diligently on unclogging the drains and within an hour all three sinks were unclogged. I am very happy with the service and price I received. Based on my experience I would highly recommend.

The person that came out to my house was very professional, did not waste any time in doing the job I requested, and even provided a rough quote of work that I was thinking about doing, that was not related to the work he had come out to the house for. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience with them.

Called Killeen Plumbing and was told that we would be serviced sometime between 3 and 5 pm. We received a confirming phone call that repairmen were on their way at 4pm. Jeff and Mike were there 10 minutes later and quickly got to work on the clogged drain which needed to be snaked. They were very professional and kept the area clean. The two worked very well as a team and snaked the drain and also assessed the pipes in the basement. The drain pipes which ran clear across the width of the basement ceiling were not pitched correctly which was the source of the backup on the drain. They pipes were holding all the kitchen sludge. The entire job took 2 and a half hours. I would hghly recommend Killeen Plumbing for any plumbing problem. I will definately call again when I need plumbing work done. Jeff and Mike were oustanding!

Both visits went great - we would DEFINITELY hire them again. Each time they were very professional, and we didn't feel like we were being "scammed." Their house call was very timely in response, and I love the fact that they're local. HIRE them! :)

Overall, they deserve an A for the service. I would highly recommend them.

The two men who came were very nice and were right on time. I had to leave while they were still working because I was called to work suddenly, and they completed the job and locked up after themselves. The cost seemed reasonable (they actually offer a 10% off coupon to Angie's List users also) and I would definitely use Killeen Plumbing again.
