+ 0 moreProvider responded promptly via message when I first purchased his Big Deal offer. We scheduled the work but he did not show as arranged. I sent a message of inquiry and received no response. This sort of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism is off putting and I no longer have any interest in trying to get the provider to do the work.

+ -1 moreJosh did an excellent and thorough job. He also did my mother in law's house at very short notice. The price was very reasonable, much less than other estimates. He even hung my elderly mother-in-laws drapes afterwards. I will use them again.

JWS returned all calls promptly, their references enthusiastically endorsed their work, and they called ahead to say they would be 10 minutes late. They cleaned quite a few windows in the afternoon they were here. They will do the same job again in the spring.
Description of Work: Cleaned wooden storm windows and postage stamp windows(6 over 6) both sides(4 in all), removed screens and put storm windows up, cleaned 30x 30inch storm windows, and 3 x6 foot panel windows, cleaned all gutters and flushed them with the garden hoses.
