They were thorough and professional. They did a full inspection and made recommendations as to preventative maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone who needed pest control services.

Overall Hoban did an excellent job their customer service is great. We used Terminex for the last 4 years and decided to switch to Hoban after the lousy job Terminex was doing. We have not had any issues with ants or other pest since Hoban took over. Terminex was a complete waste of money. Hoban sprayed the outside of the house and up under the deck. They also took care of the tool shed and all the trees I wanted to spray. I had them spray the inside of the garage and the basement to keep spiders out. They do a great job and have excellent customer service.

They were fine. They are professional. I would use them again if needed.

I found them on Angies list and picked them because of the great reviews. I even forgot to show them an attic area, and they came back and treated that area at no charge. I have decided to sign up for quarterly service because they were fairly priced and very professional.

The exterminator came out. He looked around outside. Found some holes near the air conditioner and sealed those up. Looked in the house and the basement to make sure there were no mice anywhere else. I was happy with their work. The fee includes 3 visits.

Not knowing who to get and why, we turned to Angie's list. Hoban were professional and courteous from the moment they answered the phone, explained the process answering all questions. The man arrived on time with neat and professional grooming. He explained the do's and dont's with regards to our dogs as well as what to expect in the coming days and weeks. We appreciate the personalized service and attention from a local company. Will definitely use them again!

Hoban is top notch from start to finish. Kathy took my call and was friendly and courteous. Tim talked me through the entire process as he set traps, explaining what I could expect. He returned as promised and did everything he said he would do. I called for a mouse problem and now I would not call any other company for similar problems. This is a fantastic company with fantastic people.

They have always been prompt from the first phone call. They are interested in me as a customer. Any questions I've had or requests, they have met and exceeded my expectations.

On the initial visit the technician was running early and called to ask whether it would be all right for him to arrive before the scheduled window. This was fine with me, and he showed up almost immediately. I explained what I'd seen and heard, and he did a thorough examination of the house. After that he placed ten traps, showed me where they were, and pointed out the rats' point of entry under the basement sink. He suggested that it could easily be blocked with nothing more complicated than some chicken wire and a couple of bricks. We arranged for him to return five days later to check the traps and see how things looked. On the return visit he called about halfway through the scheduled window to ask whether he it would be all right to push the time back an hour or so to make mine his last job of the day, and I had no objection. On his own initiative he brought some chicken wire and blocked the point of entry, something that I'd not had time to do. He found that two of the traps had caught rats, and I reported that I'd not noticed any sign of them in the previous couple of days; we're tentatively assuming that the problem is solved, though the 90-day guarantee is there should I need it. The technician was not only very professional and informative but also very pleasant, a pleasure to deal with.

I had no problem with scheduling the work. The person who answered the phone was expert and professional - not to mention friendly - and we chose a Wednesday for the service. The technician arrived on time and was an expert on pest control. He was also very friendly and knew how to discover where there might be ant's nests. He found these and applied the pesticide to them. No problem since the application. There was no odor and we were instructed on how to deal with our pests and any wet application areas (about 1 hour to dry outdoors). A very enjoyable experience.

Had 2 recent incidents of ants in our home. E-mailed Hoban for estimate. When I finally settled on Hoban they sent a tech within 24 hours. It has been 2 weeks since the indoor treatment and no recurrence of ants. As soon as the weather breaks they are to return to do the outdoor treatment. So far so good. Signed up for treatments throughout the rest of the year. Updated 5/21/13---had the exterior of my home sprayed to complete the first treatment a few weeks ago (been a wet spring). Both Tina in the main office and the tech that came out explained everything and I am quite pleased that I signed up for the year-long treatment plan with Hoban.

They are very good. They were very responsive, and when we called them, they came right out. If you call them and you saw something after they came out, you call them right back and they will come and take care of it at no charge.

Made something very upsetting to me, go away!!!

Hoban Pest Control was professional, on time and completed the work without doing any dampage to my gardens.

I called yesterday and was able to schedule an appointment for today. The technician arrived within in the time frame requested, introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was very professional, plus he explained to me the type of ants I had and what he would do to eradicate them. Very courteous and thorough, I would definitely recommend Hoban.

The technician was very professional and helpful. He sprayed the baseboards and injected and gel in the area of the floor where the ants were coming inside. He assured me that it might take a couple of days but eventually all of the ants would be gone. If they weren't, he would come back within 90 days to repeat the process. I'm happy to report that the ants are gone. I'm very pleased.

He came the first time and just sprayed. When I called a few weeks later, he really checked through the whole ho use and even the trees near our home. Sure enough he found 2 carpenter ant nests, one in the tree and the other under the garage roof. I am so glad I have them to call when I have problems.
