I was happy they found them. I like it that they're very nice. I like that they came when they said they would. They came back to set traps. They came back after 5 days and gathered the traps. They did a very good job. They were very responsive. They were very punctual. They were quite professional.

They had to use strategically place traps through out this house to catch these rats. They came out immediately and on four different occasions to catch these rats. The one gentleman had 15 years of experience. They were very professional and knowledgable in their field. They were very patient and explained how the rats had gotten into the house, which was from a drain that had a cover that was rusted. They also looked inside and outside for any other enrty points for rats and mice. They were very informative and I learned a lot . The last day the owner came out after hours and checked the traps and took one of the rats away himself. This company is very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this great company to anyone in the area and I will definitely use them if I need to again!

They folks were great. They came out in less than 24 hours after I called them for service. I could not be there when they came and a neighbor showed them the site. They called me at the office to let me know what had to be done. After it had been completed, they called me to let me know how long their work would be effective for and that caulking should be done there to prevent the bees from coming back in a few years. The folks were very professional and efficient.

It was great, I called them in a panic and the made arrangements to come out the next day. They did a great job, They did a thorough job. Since they have taken care of this I have not seen any bed bugs. I really like the immediate response they gave me.

I am a new customer to them so I find it impressive that they found a way to show up so quickly during a busy season. This is a wonderful company to deal with and I am happy I found them. It went extremely well. Representatives were punctual, courteous, and very informative. They explained exactly their process and its proposed efficacy. Without pressure, they did explain the on-going services packages and their proposed scheduling of said services in order to keep the insects at bay. We signed on for the continuing services and have been essentially insect free for the fist time in 10 years of owning the home. A+++....couldn't have asked for anything better.

Arrived on time. Was courteous and professional. Assessed the problem. Explained everything to me and handled a wasp problem that was making me very anxious. I worried for my pets and children every time they went outside. Now we can enjoy our backyard again. Very happy with the results. No more wasps, beetles, or carpenter bees nesting in the overhang of our home.

I had been trying to kill the wasps on my on until I found two of them in my basement yesterday. I was worried about a huge nest forming and destroying my siding and the possibility of them coming into my home. I called Hoban around 9am and the truck pulled up to my house around 11am! Jon introduced himself and handled himself very professionally. Listening to my re-cap of events, Jon asked to see the basement and did not think the two in the basement came from the area of the nest . The lady in my initial call even said the two in the basement could be completely unrelated to the nesting area...that they could have entered from anywhere else around the house. I am satisfied. I am inundated with spiders but couldn't have him spray because the house foundation is being prepared for painting which would undermine (cover up) the spray for spiders. This company was a pleasure from the start. The phone call to the office was made and the situation explained. The company juggled their schedule to accommodate me and showed up the next morning. The service man was very polite and attentive. He answered all our questions and explained how it was that the nest ended up where it did. The treatment was applied and we were left with a card with instructions and a guarantee. Very impressive and I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

Bob flushed, dusted and spot treated to the point of entry and the surrounding area. Everything was great. He explained everything in detail and also checked our basement to ensure there was not another point of entry.

At a rental property we managed we began receiving calls with regards to mouse sightings. Initially, we tried to handle the issue ourselves, but were unable to get rid of them. Hoban Pest Control treated the exterior and interior, examined every nook and cranny and guaranteed their work for 90 days. We haven't had a sighting since. They also treated for carpenter ants a tenant had seen in their unit. Once again, they did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior and handled the job with complete professionalism. I asked a lot of questions throughout both appointments and each technician was very informative and friendly. They didn't rush through the job, but instead took their time to ensure the job was done right. Hoban Pest Control will be our go-to from here on out!

I called to find out what to do about yellow jackets that we could see entering and exiting near our roof. They came out the next day, within the promised time frame. The technicians were polite and answered our questions. The treatment appears to be effective.

Excellent experience, from the first call to the end. Very friendly customer service set a next day appointment. Kyle arrived promptly, patiently listened to the issues, explained thoroughly what he'd do. 20 minutes later he was done. Yellow jackets are gone and the 90 day guarantee give me the piece of mind to let my son play outside again.

Both Tina and Tim are great. Tim is very friendly, professional and patient. After he took the bee hive out of the wall of my house. My toddler boy wants to see it and has a lot of questions. Tim is very patient with us. The whole experience is very pleasent and educational.

Two very nice young men came out and removed a hornets nest from the house and a yellow jacket's nest from under a bush. It all took about 20 minutes. I asked them to remove bird's nests from 2 of the lower gutters and they did that too, and I don't think they charged for that.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous and thorough. I would definitely use them again. When I called the office to schedule the appt. the woman I spoke with did an excellent job explaining what they would do and she was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I found a mouse living in the car engine--I opened the hood of the car and a mouse was looking back at me. Hoban came out the day after I called and set mouse traps and bait traps. Tim also inspected the garage for problem areas (2" of the strip on the bottom of the garage door was missing) and inspected the house. He said that it appeared there weren't many mice living in the garage (one was too many for me) and no evidence of mice in the house. We discussed our family having a bird feeder in the backyard during the winter and its attraction for the mice as well as keeping bait traps in the garage year round. The traps were set on Thursday and Hoban was scheduled for a follow-up check one week later. Within 36 hours, I found a mouse in one of the traps. The following day I found 2 more mice in traps. I didn't want to wait for the follow-up plus it was 90 degrees outside, so I researched how to dispose of mice in traps and successfully disposed of the mice myself. Thankfully, no additional mice have been found. Hoban was extremely responsive and professional. I hope I won't need to call again. However, if the need arises, I will call Hoban and highly recommend them.

I called on a Saturday morning after spotting a large hornets nest in a bush in my front yard. Within a hour Bill arrived and took care of the issue.

Everything has gone fantastic with the job. We have actually used them twice already and both times have been really professional. They always clean up after themselves. During the first time that they came, they even came back to make sure that everything was alright. It was a two-part visit. Everything has been really great and they are fantastic. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

I phoned Hoban on a the weekend FRANTIC after seeing a pest in my house for the first time after living here 20 years. Hoban scheduled me promptly for their services. The technician TIM arrived as scheduled and was very kind and considerate of my absolute fear of the pest.. Tim was extremely calm and patient...he thoroughly assessed my situation and was understanding of my fear. When he completed his assessment...he calmly explained what was going on and what the next steps were...all the while reassuring me in the midst of my fear. Ultimately my problem was eliminated by Tim and a measure of clam has returned for me in my home. Tim was very professional and customer focused...I have never dealt with an exterminator before and did not expect the highly positive experience and level of understanding that TIM displayed. I ultimately inquired about maintenance service from Hoban and signed up for it...mostly because of the confidence and reassurance that I got from Tim and the manageable pricing. I would highly recommend Hoban and am confident that Tim is an example of the level of service they provide.

They were willing to go in our crawl space. They also found a hole that they covered with a board. They are very thorough to the best of their ability. Seems like they work hard to do a good job.

I've been using them for a couple of years. They were prompt, responsive, and they get the job done.

This is the best pest control company by far. We had issues with carpenter ants in our house. The exterminator that came out was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He found where the ants were coming from and treated the entire house outside and inside. No mess, no residue. Highly recommend!
