Description of Work: they removed old gutters and replaced them with new seamless gutters and downspouts. Part of our old gutters got blown off the house in a storm. Sam was one of the few gutter installers we called who was willing to come give an estimate on possible repair. He recommended replacing all the gutters, it was time for that. Sam is honest, punctual, and informative. He communicates well and listens to your concerns. It was easy to make the decision to have him do the work. He returns phone calls and follows through with what he says he will do. His workers were on time, introduced them selves, and explained what to expect. I wasn't able to be home the entire time they were here. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't desturb any plants in the flower beds around the house. The new gutters look great and work well. Sam made some suggestions to help water flow problems we were having on parts of the roof. They have worked perfectly, and certainly have been tested lately! We are very pleased with Sam, will use him again and feel confident recommending him to others.

Description of Work: 2 men arrived on time, made good use of their time completed work quickly, were very knowledgeable about the gutter system. They found a dead squirrel in one of the gutters and were able to remove and dispose of it. |I was happy with the service and would use them again.

He listened carefully to my description, told me about his minimum ($150.00) and carefully reminded me that he would not really know the final cost until he had seen the damage. When I followed up and sent Sam a photo, he confirmed he could do the work for the agreed upon minimum. He showed up 1/2 hour early - but only after calling me first to see if this was OK. When I arrived, he took the time to introduce himself and his helper. He took care not to damage the shrubbery. He also looked into and answered questions beyond the scope of the original work - without expecting additional money for his time. He was very professional. I was very happy with Sam's service and recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Sam replaced a damaged gutter and two downspout elbows then re-attached the downspouts. He also resealed some leaks.
