Sam The Gutter Man

These guys were awesome. Promptly returned my call and scheduled free estimate. Very courteous and professional. Scheduled us for the work very quickly. Showed up as promised, on time. Work done was very nice quality. Even did a few extra things for me. I would use this company again. They were a pleasure to work with.

Timely, responsive, good price, cleaned up -looked like he was never there.

Sam made three visits to my house, one for estimation, one for gutter repair and replacement, and one for installing the gutter guards. On each occasion he was friendly, courteous, forthright, and efficient. As was his entire crew. Competitive prices. A model contractor!

Diagnosed and fixed a gutter issue. Whereas others showed up. . . looked up and said. . . "everything looks fine." ./ . . Sam came and did the job AND fixed someone else's screwup. He did not push the most expensive things. He looked at my situation and explained what his opinion was and what I would need and let me make the decisions. He was very open and gave me a lot of information.

Sam came out promptly when called and gave an estimate with recommendations for fixing the failed gutters and recommendations for fixing the gutter that did not work properly. He and his helpers were prompt,efficient and very pleasant. The final bill matched the estimate. Would definitely hire again and would recomend Sam for any gutter job. When you need a job done right, hire a professional and SAM IS A PROFESSIONAL.

There is something to be said for doing one thing and doing it well. An adage that applies to Sam. We was at our house for a quote to the minute he said he would be there. Listened to what I wanted him to do, offered suggestions and alternatives all without high pressure. He would only use one quality of downspout, gutter and brackets which I didn't appreciate until after the job was finished, I installed new leaf screens on the new gutters and on one of the old sections. Night and day! Should last a long time. I have done a lot of remodeling and construction on my houses and I'm very particular but I'd have Sam back again.

I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill. I would have used him if he was available, but he was all booked up so I made use of a different company.

Sam and his assistant rerouted a downspout, made a small repair in a downspout, and fixed a leak in a gutter seam. They used materials I had on hand to do the work. Both men were polite and did a good job. Same returned my phone calls promptly. This was a small job and took less than an hour so the price was a little bit high. But I knew that Sam's minimum was $150.00 before he came out because he told me when he called.

Sam was amazing he was honest in finding the problem and fixing it. My mom is a recovered stroke victim and he was very patient with her can't thank him enough for that.

Was worried about the grade of the downspout (garage) and went the extra mile to do the job right.

I called two Company's. One of them was the Gutterman. The first Company came within 24hrs and said they would send an estimate. The Gutterman called /came / gave estimate on the spot. I agreed to price then the company came did what they said and I paid them. Good Job End of Story

The day before the install Sam called to confirm everything. HE arrived on time and quickly went to work removing the old gutters. The new gutters he installed are much stronger than the ones that were on my home and are now properly sloped. I would definitely hire Sam again. He is very professional, personable and honest. His cost to do my gutters was also the least expensive of the five companies I contacted and one never provided me with an estimate. I would rather deal with the small business man on a personal level than a big company any day. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering getting gutters.

This is the third or fourth time I have engaged Sam for work. He is terrific: professional, courteous, on time, and the quality of his work is the best. Couldn't say enough good about him.

This company never returned my phone calls

We called Sam regarding damage to some rain gutters on our house. He stopped by a day later and gave us an estimate. He also gave us a date and time that he would be here to do the repairs. On the day he specified he called to say he would be a couple hours late. That was ok with us. He showed up a couple hours later and repaired the gutters for the estimated price. The gutters look great. Sam was the person who installed the gutters on our entire house in 2003. And we will call him again if we need gutters repaired or installed. He is one of the best, if not the best, contractor we ever worked with.

I did not hire Gutter Man. I found a contractgor who would do some chimney and carpentry work that was necessary along with the gutter replacement. Gutter Man was very professional and I would have hired him but then I would have had to hire another contractor to do the chimney work.

The project went very, very well. Everything was done to my satisfaction. We had one especially difficult spot on the back porch and he came back a few days after the job was initially completed to provide an improved solution. The gutter man is a real gentleman, a class act, such as you rarely find these days.

Sam returned phone calls promptly. He arrived, as arranged, for an estimate which we felt was definitely reasonable. We set up a date for the work. Sam arrived on time. All work was completed and all areas were cleaned up. He also help set up my rain barrel on blocks. We would definitely hire him again.

Sam is very professional, courteous and responsive. He and his assistant worked in the cold rain to complete our job as promised. We're very pleased with the results. I will have him back should we need other gutter fixes.

Contacted Sam (the owner) who came to the house on a Saturday for my convenience. Gave me a quote that day and agreed to do the work when the weather was a little warmer. Sam contacted me while I was out of town when there was going to be a warmer day (50 degrees plus). He came out and did the work while I was gone and I returned to find a masterful job. He matched the existing gutters perfectly.

The project went very well. We have been pleased with the product and would use Sam again.
