Very Professional! Came out same day in the evening and took care of cleaning up our carpet and began drying out our basement from water damage. Kept us informed and checked on the drying out process daily. Highly recommended!

Garrett and his crew responded quickly to our needs over the Christmas holidays. He was knowledgeable and accommodating and we could not be more pleased with his response to our situation.

We discovered we had a leak in our master bathroom. I called, and within a few hours they had someone at our home. They were able to quickly identify where the leak was, get the wet/damaged areas of the home demo completed, and made sure everything was cleaned and dried out so our renovations could begin. They did great with working with our insurance company and they were also able to work around my work schedule which was a big help so I didn't have to take more time off work than needed. I would highly recommend them for any water mitigation needs.

Initially I did not hire this company. I hired another one which did not do the job I hired them for. This first company did not care about my project at all despite the fact, unbeknownst to us, my daughter had been living in this environment for a couple of years. She had been very very ill and had even been up to MIchigan Headache Clinic. Nothing seemed to help. After helping my daughter with some housecleaning and finding the mold, I asked two companies to come in for a bid on the job. I made the mistake of hiring the other one. My daughter even told me I was wrong in hiring them because Garrett Crawford was so knowledgable about mold and how to remediate it. After two weeks of the other company not taking our situation seriously, I called Garrett back. I was frantic to get our situation taken seriously. Garrett immediately brought out the air scrubbers and set a date for the remediation. On that day, he showed up with a whole team of workers (which never happened with the other company). They dressed in the proper attire to go in and get down to business. Honestly, I could not believe their thoroughness and professionalism. The entire area was scrubbed and disinfected. I could not have asked for more concern and attention to detail. You absolutely can't go wrong by hiring this company. Don't even look elsewhere. It's not worth it. HIRE THEM NOW!

Work was done quickly and professionally. I needed my entire basement mold free. They started on Wednesday and were mostly done by Friday.

It is one thing to clean up the water damage and another to repair the damage done. My AdvantaClean Damage Specialist not only got the mess cleaned up but also got me in contact with a plumber and a general contractor to get the repairs done. In addition, my AdvantaClean specialist helped me with the insurance company to ensure that I got the coverage I paid for in my homeowners policy. One should not expect all this to be done in a day as everything takes time, but my AdvantaClean specialist made sure that I was not left on my own to figure it out. Garrett and his team did a great job of cleaning an area that possibly had some mold and removing mold from a small area in the attic.

EXCELLENT GROUP. If I could give them 10 stars I would in every category. Highly recommend them, Garrett and his team went above to make sure my home was safe. They came out right after the call and went over everything that needed to be done. They pointed out a few side things that should be corrected and instead of saying someone else should do, they went ahead and corrected. Can not say enough good things. Have had crawlspace water problems for 30 years, in one weekend they have corrected ALL the problem. Have had several bad rainstorms since, and when I looked in the crawlspace, was still dry. Every penny spent on this group was worth the investment of having a safe home.
