Did a good job on a moveout clean for a rental property. Easy to work with, would hire again.

They cleaned my home top to bottom which left the home spotless and me speechless! :)

The first person they sent was not a good fit and didn't meet my expectations, but they made it right and sent someone who did an amazing job, top to bottom. Inside of microwave, dusting light bulbs, the works. Very accommodating of my scheduling needs. I'm going to continue using them on a regular basis!

I hired Cinderellis, Inc. for a big cleaning job and I just think they should have provided a quote after viewing the condo. They spent a tremendous amount of time on a couple of issues but I don't think they knew how to prioritize a job that needed a lot! I think they cleaned the walls and kitchen but the kitchen in particular had grease buildup that was never addressed. I ended up needing to personally use a course brush on my hands and knees after they were done to really get it clean. I had the same issue in the hallway. Additionally there was grease buildup on the oven and cabinets above the oven that were not cleaned. I will say that the tenant allowed a mold buildup. They spent the bulk of the time cleaning that! What I wish they would have done was seen what they were up against and asked the boss to work with me to figure out how to really get the biggest dime for my buck. For instance they could have told me what to spray the mold with and ask me where to really spend their time. I hired them because I have bad knees so I really wanted to have the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom cleaned and not necessarily the walls. I would have loved them getting the grease off the floors with a real scrubbing job. So, overall I think the owner was nice and I think the cleaning people were nice. I think in a situation like this it would be best for the owner of the company to come out and work with the client on what they would like to prioritize. I guess I made assumptions that when they said clean the kitchen floor it would be clean no matter how much work. This is where she could have stepped in and said "hey there is years of grease buildup and for us to do this it will take X amount of additional work". It would have been great to really get a quote based on her expertise and not discussions via the comments made by the cleaning folks. Not that they were bad - just that I think this job was way bigger than the owner knew or even I realized until I got in after the fact. They probably rock on dusting, normal cleaning, etc. but this job required a lot more work to really be done well. I was hoping I would not have to worry about cleaning floors on my knees.

The employees of this company cleaned thoroughly, were kind, pleasant and a joy to be around. I would use this service again and would recommend this company to others.

Quick response time, the cleaning was great, they did a few extra items that I overlooked. Great job! Have already hired again :)
