When I received the tables not only were they not Solid Wood but, the tables were damaged. They to come and remove their furniture from my residence. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) they didn't respond to the BBB so the BBB recommended that I go to Small Claims Court, after they received the notice from Small Claims Court they agreed to come and get their furniture and return my money.

It was very smooth and professional. We were looking for a small sofa bed for a spare bedroom for a holiday guest and didn't want to wait or to spend too much money. We thought the price was fair. They delivered in two days, as promised, and called the morning of delivery to confirm and then again a couple of hours before arrival. I thought the whole experience was surprisingly smooth and effortless on our part. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I went to the store in Yonkers and found a small swivel club chair that is perfect style , color and fit for our living room. We ordered two on the spot and paid in full, as they advertised the chairs were delivered 2 days later. They looked great and fit perfectly. They were going into our living room which is a high traffic area in our house and we have 12 and 10 year old boys. We purchased the "Platinum Protection Plan" to cover any problems we have with the chairs. Within one day of receiving the chairs, one of the the seat bases developed a loud squeak whenever anyone sat down, it was really loud and sounds horrible. I called the number on the protection plan order a couple of times and there was no answer, so I called the store and asked them to help me because I had only had the chairs a couple of days at that point. They set me up with a technician appointment A MONTH LATER. When I asked why so long she said they had lost couple of technicians recently and there were only three guys doing all of the calls. In the mean time I switched the loud chair with the other one. With the second chair I specifically told my boys to be careful when sitting on it. I hated having to do that...they are not typically rough on furniture. It did no good anyway. Within a day the second chair developed the same squeak. When they came A MONTH LATER the technician looked at the chairs and said the bases were defective....he would order new ones and when they came in he would come back to install them. Today is exactly 4 weeks after that first visit and they called to schedule the next repair visit for 3 weeks and 1 day from today. So for chairs I received on January 27th and were reported defective on February 3 I may possibly have them fixed 21/2 months later.
