Description of Work: Shower knob came off. Ferro refused to accept Angie's list 10% discount since he already quoted price. Needed a ball and c replacement to shut off shower (?) which was an additional charge of $300 dollars but only took off only $20 for the Angie's discount. The ball and c plumbers forgot to plug in the sump pump when they finished. That night it rained and I had two inches of water in my basement. They tore out tile for the shower replacement and replaced the tile but I have permanent cement smudges on my floor tile. I mentioned I had additonal work for them but I wanted a written estimate first but two men were sent to do the work that day anyway. They didn't when I told them I didn't have the money.
