Update: 06/11/2020 Alfred told me that permits were unnecessary for the work that I was having done, city inspector did a check and permits were necessary and the work was not done up to code. My calls are not being returned and I will have to hire another electrician to fix what Alfred did.

The power in a section of my house to turn off sporadically and turn back on. They came to my home twice because what they did the first time did not fix the problem. The second time they came he didnt collect his payment right away. He wanted to make sure things were actually fixed which I appreciated.

He is overpriced. Charged way too much for just fixing a 3 way switch. and thats likely why he didn t give me a receipt. To top it off he wouldn't leave my house until I did the review with him there so he could see the review and ensure I gave him a good review. Hence the real review now.
