Description of Work: They did a great job -- 650 sq. ft. of wall-to-wall carpeting plus two carpeted staircases; four items of upholstery; and window treatments in four rooms. It's not cheap, but it is extremely convenient. They worked hard and did the whole job in about two hours.

Description of Work: Cleaned several area rugs plus tile/grout in bathrooms, mudroom, kitchen. Unbelievable difference in the appearance of the grout and removed tough food stains from carpets. Plus arrived on time and were total professionals throughout the process.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the specials for 3 rooms cleaned. I asked about the hallway which they included. I called the office and asked about having the dining room chairs (4 of them), couch and loveseat done also. It was a little rough scheduling as they wanted to make 2 trips. I had just moved and had taken only a few days off so they did eventually work it out to do it all i in one appointment. (Yay!). They offered scotch guard when they were here, which I also did. That has been a blessing. They helped move boxes around the house as they worked and had very high energy the whole time. The only complaint I have is that one of the guys seemed a little rushed at the end....one worker was taking his time on the couch but the other took over and was moving a lot faster. The difference in work was very visible after it was done....part of my couch looked great and the rushed one had long streaks where spots were missed. That was a bit embarrassing when people were over to see the house. Overall, they did a lot of work and did a great job. For carpets, I would definitely use them again. For furniture, I'm not so sure I would risk it.

Description of Work: The company accommodated my change in schedule. It also called with updates to arrival time. They arrived within their window, and took measurements of the square footage. It turned out to be well below the coupon coverage I purchased, and they told me so. Job done competently, and nice guys to boot. Overall, very good experience.
