From start (with salesperson Bob L.) to finish, New York Sash exemplifies professionalism. Their materials are top quality. The installers (crew leader Jason, Ben and Jace) are meticulous craftsmen. They are punctual , neat and put customer satisfaction first. I am a repeat customer (I also had my windows replaced by NY Sash) who highly recommends this company.

Bryan & Ryan was the crew that was sent to my home. They did an awesome job with the installation of my new window. The previous window was a very large bow window which took a considerable amount of time to remove. This team exhibited excellent workmanship through their knowledge, skills, and experience. They were considerate throughout the whole process. I would request them for any other project.

Mike K, Deerfield, N.Y. 2/5/23 In a course of 6 days, Bryan and Josh removed and replaced 11 windows (2 very large windows) and did new construction on all windows. They laid down plastic sheeting in every room they worked in, and cleaned and vacuumed every room each time they were done. They wore shoe covers to protect our carpets. Bryan and Josh were very courteous and explained what work they were completing at the time. They were courteous and professional through the whole project. They did an excellent job!

This is the Second time Nate H. made our bathroom overhaul experience with this company exceptional! He is professional, personable, and he left the house clean - so I didn't have to pick up! He was very courteous with my family members who have dementia. He explained every step he was undertaking and never was bothered by questions. I will recommend Nate H and NySash to friends and family! He deserves a raise!!

In the course of six hours, Bryan, Josh and Matt removed abd replaced six windows in our home. They did a beautiful job, laid plastic sheeting in the rooms they were working, cleaned and vacuumed each after they were true. They replaced my shingles and shutters. They were very courteous and the Forman, Bryan, too the time to exlain thei work, the windows and other necessary info. New York Sah replaced a Patio Door for u two years ago and Bryan was a "rookie" on that job. Now he heads up the team. Great Job.
