Superb!! I was satisfied from top to bottom of the service. Hours spent on, price asked, services covered, all were delivered with professional manner. He went up to the roof and checked every single spot of the unit with faithfulness. Also, he was equipped with latest apps and gadgets to do his jobs, very impressive tools linked in his outstanding services.

Very smoothly, even with snow, Dominick was able to get around professionally to inspect the bricks on house and the roof, chimney, etc. We were very pleased with how thorough he was. My son also recommended him and used his services on two homes prior to this. We would refer him and will refer him to others needing a home inspection.

Did a good job for the co-op apartment. If he will take the time and talk with the super and provide review of the building equipment, he will get all 5. I would like to have that part done even if he asking for more for it. Not really an issue as the agent did not make the super available. He has since called and said willing to do it when he is in the area next time without a charge, which is very nice of him

Dominick had inspected two homes that we wish to purchase for, and both my husband and I are very happy with his services. I would highly recommend him. Dominick is very professional and attentative. I was very impressed that he climed the roof to check the problems (not every inspector can do this!). He was also extremely helpful in pointing out the problems such as an evidence of an old underground oil tank, asbestos, mold, and the structure problems due to termite damage. We didn't buy the two houses because the problems he found are very crutial. We are glad that Dominick helped us to find out the issues. We also liked his inspection report very much. It is very helpful and clear with pictures and arrows pointing out the problems. He also listed the estimated cost for repair, which is very helpful for negotiation. I recently used Certified Home Inspections for a pre-purchase home inspection, and would highly recommend them. I was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Dominick showed up on time and was very thorough. I had read beforehand that some inspectors only inspect the roof with binoculars from the ground, so wasn't quite sure what to expect. Dominick came prepared with a ladder and walked the roof of the 3 story home. He explained everything to me along the way in detail, including distinguishing between real concerns and cosmetic issues. He was also extremely helpful in pointing out that this was an old house and there was evidence of an old underground oil tank (which could be a huge environmental issue if not properly abandoned). Both the realtor and the seller claimed there was never an underground oil tank. After listening to Dominick's findings and understanding the potential severity of the issue, I did my own research through the County Department of Health, and confirmed he was correct. He emailed me the full report of his findings that same night. This was my first time purchasing a home and I truly appreciated the level of service and detail provided during the inspection.

Dominick was very professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to go through the entire interior and exterior of our home and pointed out those issues that have to be tended to. The following day, we received his written report which included pictures and explanations of the issues he had pointed out to us during his inspection. The information gleaned from the report was important to our maintaining our home properly, and retaining its resale value.

Fantastic experience! Dominick responded quickly to our initial inquiry and was willing to work with our schedule. Arrived early on inspection day, did a thorough evaluation of the entire home (including termite inspection), and emailed us a detailed report approximately 2 hours after completing the inspection. He gave us a couple of key pointers that allowed us to ensure certain repairs are made before closing and we feel confident that we understand our repair and maintenance priorities if and when the purchase is complete. We've used him twice. He's there on time or early. He fits you into his schedule so as soon as you need him he tries to be there. He walks you around and explains everything and then creates an amazing report with pictures and explains it all again. After the inspection you can call him a million times with a million questions and he's there to answer and is so patient. He really makes you feel like he's in your corner. His price is very excellent to. He is cheaper than who the Realtor recommended.

Dominick was at the house by the time we arrived and he already started the inspection. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He informed us of many things we weren't aware of (good and bad). Dominick spent a few hours at the house and even climbed up onto the roof (and it was a very windy day). When we finished, he said he would have the report to us the following day (Easter Sunday) but I told him it was ok if he waited until Monday. Sure enough, early Sunday Dominick e-mailed the report to us. It was so informative and helpful to us with the purchase of the house. My wife and I are so lucky to have found Dominick to help us out with our home inspection. We actually hired Dominick to inspect not one but TWO different properties. When I initially contacted him by phone, he was very prompt and courteous and gave me all the info about what to expect and the general cost of a home inspection. We set up a date and time over the phone. Dominick is a true professional because he actually showed up half an hour early than our scheduled appointment time. Because of his thorough inspection, we opted not to put in an offer for the home (found many potential problems: buried oil tank, foundation issues, etc). We were so satisfied with the inspection that we called Dom again to inspect another home which ended up being our future home. We would highly recommend him to anyone for home inspections!

Dominick was extremely thorough, professional, and punctual. He arrived 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment and immediately went to work looking over the property. I knew immediately that he was looking out for my best intertests when I informed him that the home owner was planning on installing a new roof as it was aged. He suggested that I ask them to handle it myself (have the homeowner give me the credit at closing) so I can ensure the quality of work. The main reason is I will be the one living there, so I should at least have a say in the quality of the work. I valued that honesty and I saw this as him looking out for my best interest and mine alone (not the agents and not the homeowner). He was very hands on as well. He climbed up on the roof to investigate and he crawled into the crawl spaces of the house to get a better feel of what to find. All the while, he was constantly taking pictures, jotting down notes, and speaking into his voice recorder with notes. I received my inspection report the next afternoon filled with pictures and detailed notes. Not only did it tell me the issue or potential issue, it offered suggestions on how to handle these. It was a very detailed report and very informative. Please note that this was my second home inspection during my few months of searching. The first inspector I used I liked and planned on using for this inspection. However, because he was on vacation, I searched and found Dominick. Based on his reviews, and the sample of his report on the website, I felt I had made a good decision. After going through the actual inspection, I know I made the right decision, and I would use him again

He is punctual, professional, thorough and very, very experienced. His observations were appreciated and we got a 30 paged report as well. He checks walls, floors, electrics, appliances, windows, all the bathroom fittings and fixtures... He assured all on site and impressed our realtor enough to gain some additional opportunities with some other properties.

Dominick was very responsive, on-time, and thorough. As part of his inspection, he identified that two toilets had not been set properly. We have since had a plumber to the house to repair them, and the plumber indicated that he had never seen that type of issue reported in an inspection, and that we must have had a very good inspector. One of the toilets wasn't sealed at all and could have caused a leak. The estimate for fixing the issue that Dominick provided as part of his inspection report was also on target with the cost associated.

Dominick was extremely responsive and accommodating with our schedule. He also patiently dealt with the two brokers and our lawyer. He arrived early to the house and immediately started the inspection. He slowly walked my husband and me through the entire house noting anything of which we should be aware and providing general education. And in less than 24 hours we had an incredibly thorough report available. We highly recommend Dominick to anyone!

Everything went great. The inspector was highly professional. He answered all of my questions and walked the whole house, inside and out. He went on the roof as well, which not all inspectors do. While the experience was great while we were at the house, I can not say enough about how great the report was. There were pictures, with arrows and circles, and full explanations of every detail. It was sent to me within 2 days and in pdf form I was able to send it to the parties that needed a copy extremely easily.
