All went well. They arrived right on time and were done and gone within 30 minutes

They gave me a warranty so I let them do the job for me. After two months, the system failed. I'm still waiting for them to come back. I called them this morning, they keep postponing. He promised to fix it. In the beginning, he said it was wet but right now, it's really dry. Last time, he said Friday but he didn't show up and I had to call him the next week, he keeps postponing.

Good experience, we will use this company for our routine septic maintenance.

We have used Chamberlain on four different occasions for for our routine six month inspections on our septic tank. We have been happy with their punctuality and their service. Scheduling an appointment is easy and we are always able to make an appointment rather quickly. We will continue to use them for our septic tank needs.

Trees were removed from my yard last fall (early November). Removing the trees damaged a water line under my front yard. Called for an estimate/quote. They told me they'd be out on Monday at 4:00pm. Took some time off of work to be there at his request. 7pm rolls around and I still haven't seen the guy. I call and he says he stopped by and saw the problem but no one was home. He said he knocked on the door. I was sitting in the room on the other side of the door from 3pm till 7pm. Told me he'd send an estimate. It's been over a week, and we still don't have the estimate.

Played phone tag a bit trying to get things scheduled, but did a great job. Didn't shop around on price so don't know how they compare.

Nothing really to tell. He did his job as requested and in a very satisfactory manner.

Service was provided on time, no issues, very courteous and helpful.

We made an appointment with Chamberlain to pump out our septic tank. This was the first time we did this since buying the house 6 years ago. Chamberlain was the company that pumped out for the previous owner when we bought the house, which was one of the reasons we went with them. We didn't have a drawing of the system and didn't know where the tank was located. The system was still working fine but we wanted to pump it out before winter. There was a 3-hour window for the appointment. I had another commitment at the end of that time and, naturally, the driver came just after I left the house. He attempted to locate the tank unsuccessfully and left before I returned. I called Chamberlain and they sent out another driver that afternoon. I showed the driver where the main drain exited the basement and he quickly located the tank. The driver was knowledgeable and the pumpout was uneventful. I appreciated him coming back to take care of us late in the day on Friday.

Septic clean out was done satisfactory.

Called the company, stopped by the location and paid in advance. We agreed on a certain date, but they were unable to comply with the date they had previously committed to. They called to change the date only a couple days before trhey were supposed to show up. They showed up on the new date and serviced the tank as scheduled. I was not present, but my wife was. She was pleased with the work.

Arrived on time. The workman was polite and experienced - knew exactly where to dig which surprised me as this was the first time I've had the service done. Clean-up and replaced the sod nicely.

Chamberlain plumbing did an excellent job. Their pricing is very competitive; about half the cost of the estimates I received from other companies. I'll definitely hire them again.
