On time and no surprises.

I'm sure they would have done a good job, but the company I used was recommended to me. They showed up on time, they listened, and they brought materials to show me.

They were great. They were communicative and prompt. They absolutely seemed to know what they were talking about. I am considering using them.

I was very please with Gamco from day one when Bob came to my home and explained every in detail. He was very professional and knew his stuff. Job started on time and finished on time also. Over all I'm very happy with everything and will be calling them again in the future.

We didn't hire them and have decided to look at companies (maybe handyman services) as our job was not very big and this company seems to do higher end construction. He was though, a very nice man. I would absolutely consider him for bigger projects. He has a great reputation and has a wonderful portfolio. He was very helpful in offering suggestions as well.

It was very good. The fellow who did the installation, also recapped all the windows, and all exposed woods. He took his time and did an excellent job. Everything that was promised was delivered. I did not have to call and check on him.

They cleaned everything up. They had a truck ready to pick up the debris and left nothing laying around. They didn't leave a dumpster on the property. The day they were supposed to start it was supposed to rain, and the owner called me in the morning and said they would not be able to come. When they said they would show up though, they did. They also replaced all my rain gutters since there was some dents from the ladders. The owner offered this without me having to ask.

This was the first time I had used their services. They were excellent. They came on the day they said and finished when they said they would. They left the yard immaculate and did a very good job.

We bought a 1950's Cape style house that was ALL original. We decided to have new siding installed, new front deck to replace the concrete steps and convert the attached garage to a new living room. I always saw Gamco signs in my area. I spoke to a few of the people that used them, and they were extremely happy with the entire process of working with Gamco. I decided to give them a call as well as a few other contractors. I decided to go with Gamco solely based off of their reputation. We started with the siding. I knew nothing about siding so when we sat down with Gamco to discuss our options, everything was explained it terms that I could understand. They provided a vast selection of colors and styles. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the job. It took two days. The crew was really great and a pleasure to work with. Next, was the front deck. Again, I didn't know anything about the construction process. I told them what I wanted and got exactly that, no surprises, and again the crew was great. The biggest part of this wave of our home improvements was the garage conversion. I explained that I needed to leave a small part of the garage so that it could house my husband's motorcycle. They were able to optimize my space and give me a beautiful room. The crew came in and worked their magic followed by the electrician and plumber. We hadn't picked out out our lighting fixture yet, and the electrician said to give him a call when we were ready and he would come back and install it. We love our new room. In the near future, we plan on renovating the kitchen, bathroom and installing a deck off the back of the house, and I will be calling Gamco back. My only regret is that I didn't opt to extend the roof over the front deck, so when I'm ready to do that, Gamco will be on the job.

From the moment I met with Gordon, and from beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Everything was very neat and clean. I highly recommend Gamco.

Gordon, the owner, was friendly, competent and efficient. He gave us an estimate on the first visit which was basically the same as the final contract. We saw 5 different contractors and Gamco's was the best price by about $6,000 from the highest estimate. The work was completed in about a week with the gutters put up about a week after the siding was done. We are very pleased and do not hesitate to recommend this company.

Overall experience was good. When we pointed out things we weren't happy with - they were willing to accommodate. Clean-up could have been better. The completed job cosmetically is excellent. We are very happy with the way our house looks.

THEY ARE A RESPONSIVE COMPANY. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET HERE. ONCE THEY ARRIVED, IT DID NOT TAKE ANY TIME AT ALL. THEY ARE TENTATIVE. WE USED THEM ONE TIME BEFORE THIS.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. WHEN I CALL THEM THEY CALL BACK WITHIN FIFTEEN TO TWENTY MINUTES. THEY ARE GREAT. WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THE HEAD GUY FIXES THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

ALL THE COMPANIES I CHECKED, THERE ESTIMATE WAS THE LOWEST PRICE. THE WORKERS DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THE WORKERS WERE EXCELLENT, HONEST AND RELIABLE. WHEN I MOVE, THEY ARE GOING TO HELP ME WITH THE NEW HOME.
