Description of Work: I called Fresh Maintenance earlier in the week to describe a white powdery substance that was forming inside my garage. During my conversation with Joseph Margherita, it became clear that he felt that the substance was limestone, not mold. I could tell he wasn't crazy about dropping by since he had a feeling that it wasn't mold. To his credit, Joseph agreed to inspect the garage. Upon inspection, Joe confirmed his belief that it was limestone that had liquified and then dried out on this inside of the garage. No mold issue. Joe could have easily talked me into a quick mold test for $100, but he told me he was certain and that no test was required. Joe required no payment for his inspection or conclusion. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: Joe from Fresh Maintenance is a homeowner's dream and the model for all service providers. He came in to assess our situation - and gave us his honest, thorough and detailed professional perspective. In doing so, he actually talked us out of services he could have sold to us - effectively providing less expensive alternatives that he was not going to provide. We were so impressed. Here was a guy who could have sold us more expensive solutions that would make him money - and he didn't! Wow! Thank you Joe! Kudos!

Description of Work: Mold Removal/prevention.

Description of Work: Called Joe regarding overall water issues in our basement and a little mold in the storage room. As luck would have it, he was in a nearby town and arrived within 30 minutes. He did a thorough inspection and said that we had already addressed all the major issues. He gave recommendations for some of the smaller issues and told me about some non-toxic ways to get rid of mold. I was really impressed by his straightforwardness and honesty. If we have any water issues in future, we will be calling him. Totally stand-up guy.
