LaBello's Masonry and Waterproofing, LLC

We have had LaBello Masonry work multiple excavation and foundation jobs. Chad and his crew work fast and efficiently. He was true to his quotes and responded to all follow up questions and concerns.

Untrustworthy.

The company left a window open that caused pipes to freeze. They came back and did not prepare the pipes correctly.

Given that slate roofing is a rather unapproachable topic for homeowners, it is hard to understand the quality of the work. The only thing one can rely on, often, is before-and-after pictures. Although promised pictures of the completed work, Chad did not follow through, even after 2 additional requests. As well, I am a young female homeowner and did not find the interactions as professional as they would have been with, say, a 45-year-old man. They had the ladders on my roof before I agreed to the scope of the project and before a contract was signed. In addition, the contract was one sheet, scribbled and written, with some items indiscernible. I am not asking for the polished interaction of a five-star restaurant, but I would have appreciated not feeling hoodwinked after all was said and done. 

Did not completed the job correctly

Basement work was done quickly and reasonably well, but left a big mess. Had to hire another contractor to fix many issues with roofing and attic insulation work that was not done correctly/with proper materials by LaBello's. I learned the hard way that they are adequate masons, but definitely not roofers as Chad claims.

Chad reached out immediately, came and looked at the garage floor, and got his team started right away despite the frigid cold weather. The entire team was courteous and flexible and did a nice job all the way around.

Iâ ve had a roof leak could not get anyone to look at it either they never show up or return messages. My wife saw the business on Facebook made an inquiry Chad called us right away came today to look at my problem figured out the issue did the job the same day price was reasonable will have him come back to do other jobs.

They came on time gave me an estimate and were able to start the job very quickly. This was a roofing job and in late fall quick is important.

There was a miscommunication on both parts. Because of the communication factor I came to wrong conclusions. When all was said and done Chad pulled through. There isn't anything that is perfect which is true in this instance. Sometimes we need to make a trade off. I do apologize for any misunderstanding between us. It is all good.

Chad and his team were very professional from start to finish. The work they did on our retaining walls was excellent. Also they did a great job cleaning up when they were done!

Chad responded within 24 hours, had a team out to the house within a few days and the job was completed within a week. The guys were friendly, were focused on the work and cleaned up when they were finished.

Father, son, and crew demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and respect. When the job was not up to their standards they returned the next day to touch up and clean up. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM.

Professional quality work at a reasonable price. Very dependable outfit. When they say theyâ ll be there, theyâ ll be there. Workers are courteous and respectful. Chad is truly a person of his word. Hard to find this level of reliability in the construction business.

I considered my foundation problem to be serious and needing attention immediately. They responded quickly and were on the job in 2 days.
