MILLER CARPET CLEANING

It was OK. The service was good but they were a little expensive. Competitors offer similar services at better pricing.

The company is very pleasant to work with. They are prompt in responding and prompt when arriving for service. They work efficiently, do a good job of cleaning the carpet, especially the heavily soiled areas, and they clean up after they're done, replacing furniture. Unfortunately, as with every other carpet cleaning service I've tried, the soiled spots do reappear after time. The overall experience is a good one, but I found their price to be high compared to other services.

I used him for 15 years. My parents and sister have also used him for years. He is a sweetheart of a guy and so professional. He takes his business very seriously and wants to do the best he can do. He could get out stains that nobody else would even try and always did a fabulous job. One time he had just left after cleaning the carpets and my dog had an accident on the stairs. I called him and left a message. He called right away and came back and recleaned the stairs and didn't charge me. He is a really sweet guy. I have to call him to clean some area rugs for me. When I used him his prices were good and he cared about doing a good job.

The owner answered my voice message promptly. They had a big waiting list in May so I set up an appointment for the fall. They called to confirm and they arrived on time, but they presented me with a confusing list of choices for the kinds of services they offer, I had just expected to get one flat price. They were rushing to get to their next job and I wanted more time to decide which services I wanted, so I gave what I thought was a tentative decision on services, with a deposit check, and we rescheduled for the next week. They arrived promptly but when I told them I wanted to have them move the furniture in one room (one of their expensive choices) but not in the bedroom (less expensive), the owner said I had agreed on furniture moving in both rooms and he wasn't going to change the price. They did the work okay but instead of moving the furniture, they just lifted the legs and put plastic pads underneath, even when I complained that I paid to have things moved. I felt ripped off.

WE HAVE USED THIS MAN FOR YEARS. THEY ARE VERY CARING. THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. EVERYTHING HE DOES WILL BE EXPLAINED TO YOU. HE TELLS YOU EVERYTHING.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPETS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THEY MADE MY CARPETS LOOK BRAND NEW AND THAT IS WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO. THEY ARE REALLY BUSY ALL THE TIME, SO IT IS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.
