Moving
I was very unhappy with the lack of communication from this company. Jim Alexander and Jonathan were my contacts, and both were difficult to reach. Neither one called me to give me any information - I had to call them, and often several times before reaching them.
After giving me a guaranteed price, I was charged an additional $300.00 when the movers were actually there so I had no choice but to pay it.
I had to make, and pay for, last-minute arrangements to get to the new location across the country.
They took two weeks to come across country. While that would have been acceptable if they had kept me informed, leaving me hanging was not acceptable. They were difficult to reach and weren't well informed when I did reach them.
The movers who came were dirty and left grease on my new couch, wall and a couple of other pieces.
I've moved a number of times, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Please consider NOT using these movers.
