Joe at design fence aims to please his customers. Any issue with the installation was fixed immediately. It's a good fence. There were more affordable options open before a decision was made. They're a great company to deal with.

Matt and crew were very accessibly and communicated every step of the way. Once the project started, they were efficient and professional through its completion. About a year later there was an issue with a section of the fence. Within a day they sent back out team members and fixed under their service guarantee. Highly recommend and can’t say enough about how well my experience was with them.

Manager is courteous. Complied with my request to start work in a shorter timeframe than was originally stated. Kept me updated on any unforeseen changes to the schedule. Installers arrived on time and did the work, leaving the area clean. I highly recommend Design Fence.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was very understanding and very passionate about helping us in any matter in getting the fence installed etc. Loved dealing with him and his guys. All very nice and professional. The install ran smooth and headache free. Fencing was priced really good. Design fencing is the way to go.

The owner Joe is passionate about his business I will say that about him.The quality of work is tremendous I was very happy. There was so miscommunication about certain parts of the Job but they were handled professionally.Overall we were happy that we went with them and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and hard working. We had some delays due to the weather but Joe the owner stayed on top of it until the job was completed. Anthony who installed the gate was great, knew what he was doing and got it done expertly. I highly recommend them

The estimator, Dennis, the On Site Supervisor, Jose and owner, Joe were all amazing and attentive to having the job completed the way I wanted it done. They listen and are very accommodating. This job was a bit more expensive, but in the end was well worth it because they fixed some unforeseen glitches that were not known at the on-set. Issue concerning height of panels arose and they fixed the problem by re-doing the panels just the way I wanted them to look without any hesitation regarding the extra work. I strongly think other Companies would not have been as accommodating and would have responded with, "There is nothing I can do". The finished product is beautiful and cannot say enough about their desire to make the customer happy even in planning the initiation, which was hampered by the weather and problematic, but totally out of their control. My experience with Design Fencing says hire them and you won't be sorry!

While we did not initially find them to be the most reasonably priced of all the companys we tried (hence the 4.5), Joe was absolutely wonderful in working with us to meet the limits of our budget and our time. We are very happy with our experience working with Design and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a similar job to be done.
