Contractor showed up and stated they couldn't perform second floor work.

They were polite and gave me a full days work. I was pleased. They even returned the next day to finish up.

Mark proved to be an extremely capable and reliable handyman and was very willing to do his utmost to complete all that I asked him to do. He was in contact with me many times prior to the job and was punctual and very professional. I give Mark an A+ and would absolutely recommend him to other Angies List members.

Service provider contacted me. I discussed what needed to be done. He agreed he could do it and would need 2 weeks notice before the job. I texted him when I was ready with the 2 weeks. He said, he would check his schedule and get back to me. I waited a few days and wrote again. As of today, no response. I had to hire someone else.

It went very well. He was unobtrusive. He did his work and cleaned up well. He was very professional and pleasant.

Very nice and professional man. All work was completed to our satisfaction and in the time frame promised.

Mark took an old, really beat up, shed (rotted wood, crooked hanging doors and all) and made it better than new! He added all the "touches"! He even found an old plastic eagle in the eaves of the shed. He painted it black and added it to the front of the shed! He found us some "fancy" hardware to dress up the shed. He made my octagon windows! He did everything we asked and more and always with a smile! He took care of cleaning everything up. We are extremely satisfied with his work and plan on using him for all our repairs. Highly recommend him, but I'm hoping he doesn't become too busy making it hard to get him!!!!

Mark came to give us an estimate on repairing our Baby Barn Shed. Being about 25 years old, it is in need of plenty of repairs to make it look presentable again. We agreed on a price to work on the shed. While he was there we asked him about replacing the trellis pieces that adorn our 40 foot carport. He did some investigating and came back to us with a quote to repair the rusted and roted trelis' and then to repaint them. He gave us a price of $400 to do all the work. We had previously received an estimate of $1100 to replace the 8 trelis pieces. No one else had ever mentioned the possiblity of repairing them. Mark showed up as promised and did the work the other day. They are almost new! We saved $700 over new and if you step back, you will think they are brand new. He will be back in a couple of weeks to start the work on the shed. I will update once that work is complete and let you know how it went. After this first job, I expect the the shed to come out perfect! I think I have my handyman to do all the work I have been postponing because I never had someone who I felt could do a good job at a resonable price.

He recommended we would be better off getting a new fixture. We went and purchased a new light which he installed. The service was outstanding again and, again, he asked us if we thought the price was reasonable.

I called Mark and he returned the call in a timely fashion. He came and looked at the job and agreed to do it. The armoire is now solid as a rock. When I asked what I owed him, he gave me the price and asked if I thought that was fair, which really impressed me.

He told us up front that the fix might not hold. It didn't, so I called him back and he fixed it right away. He is a really friendly guy and really goes above and beyond on any project he's done for us. I plan on using him again in the future for projects and I am very confident his prices will be fair and he will do quality work. He is excellent at what he does and backs up what he does. He is reliable and calls if he's running even 5 minutes late to let you know.
