Had a good crew. Members of the American Bamboo Society. Well versed in bamboo removal, as was the crew. Very labor intensive. The price listed didn't include the above ground culms, but everything under ground. Removed a few maple trees and stumps around the yard. The crew was experienced in removing bamboo.

Very knowledgable but did a terrible job of landscaping. Great sales pitch..poor execution. I have shrubs that act as a natural fence for privacy. It took seven years for the shrubs to grow in. They trimmed some of them back and now, two years later I'm still waiting for them to grow out again.

They are not punctual by any means, impossible to reach, don't return calls, constant list of excuses as to why they are not doing the work. I have loose pavers all over walkway now. Judy's attitude was that she knew what was best and even tho I told her specifically to NOT touch my lilacs she chopped out all the old growth leaving a giant vacant V of air between the young growth. I had no lilacs for TWO years after what she did. Most of the shrubs she planted are dead/gone.
