 + -1 moreDescription of Work: We used this company twice. Once for a repair of our garage door and the company responded quickly and did a good job. We also used them to install a garage door opener. The opener wasn't tested completely and resulted in an immediate call back. The installer came a day late and had a little bit of an attitude. I would however give the company another chance.

Description of Work: One of my garage door springs broke, and Above and Beyond came around to have a look and fix it.They were prompt, courteous and gave me the option of having my second garage door springs replaced if I wanted, which I chose not to do.They were quick and the price was a little less than I was expecting. Will definitely use again if I need them.

They left me a brochure of doors and colors to pick from. the door was installed that Friday. They even installed a garage door opener i already had for me.

He sent one of his employees to install a brand new door, and gave me two remotes. Dennis and his employees are true professionals, and are more than willing to go the extra mile in an emergency. I unhestitatingly and enthusiastically recommend AboveandBeyond!
Description of Work: The company removed a broken garage door and carted away the old door. The company replaced the old door with a galvanized steel door that works with a remote.

 + -1 moreHe was good. We called him like on a Sunday and he was there within an hour. The person who did it was Dennis and he had a helper. He did good work. He was prompt, and he was concerned that we did have a problem. He rectified it. He came back and did it for free and did not charge again. He quoted just one price and stuck with it. He said that he would work till he got it working. The price was good. We knew what we wanted and he got it for us at a good price. It wasn't the normal brand that he carried. It was Canadian and was of R-17 value. I had no complaints about them at all. I would use them again in needed.
Description of Work: I used Above and Beyond Garage Doors to fix a garage door that was not working properly.

 + -1 moreThe total price included all parts and labor. My husband and I had a different opinion about them. It may have been our error because we used the wrong kind of cord to hook up the motor. We had some problems getting them back here to fix the problem. I had to actually threaten them with a bad review to get them back here in an expeditious way. They did come back and they wanted to charge a service fee for coming back. I got them to agree that was silly. He was very curt when he did come back. I'm not sure I would use them again. Everything is working and they did the job. They came on time and ordered the parts. The customer service was not 100 percent. The pricing was good. They did all the work that they were supposed to do but they kind of left us with some cords that were hanging.
Description of Work: We used Above and Beyond Garage Doors to replace two motors and a large panel on one of the garage doors. They also put in electrical eyes for a safety feature.

Description of Work: Serviceman returned call promptly and he came the next day to repair garage door. We couldn't open the door because of springs that were broken. The repairman was courteous, efficient and job was done successfully. Would definitely recommend. I was hoping the bill would be alittle lower due to being so close to the holidays, but still satisfied.

 + -1 moreWe are very pleased and happy. We liked them a lot. The person who did the work also put a sticker on our garage so that we can call him if anything goes wrong. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
