Excellent from start to finish!

Although they came on time, the clean up was too quick for me to be confident that the chimney was properly cleaned. They were only at the house for about 30 minutes. I will be calling them as we still have a smell of soot in the family room (where the fireplace is.)

They came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate for repairing the crown of my chimney and adding a cap. The estimate they gave was within our budget and they were able to complete the job within a few hours. I cannot comment on how the price compared to other contractors, as they were the only ones to get back to me to schedule an estimate.

The techs were on time and worked quickly to clean my chimney. They did a complete inspection and advised of service that may be required in the future. The downside was on payment. When I scheduled service I asked if I needed a cash or could I pay with a credit card. I was told I could pay by cash, check or credit card. What I wasn't told is that the credit card service charge would be passed along to me at $14 on a $130 bill.

They did not make an appointment with me to provide me with a quote. They just showed up at my door and said we're here to give you a quote to replace the chimney cap. This was very inconvenient and annoying.

They are very reasonable for a cleaning, very nice, very professional. They said I needed a new cap. My cap was old but i was hoping it was ok. Well it wasn’t so that was an added expense i was counting on but not their fault. I would recommend them.

They the finished work, but I had to ask them to level and plumb work.

Guys were great, fast clean, and professional. Repaired the fireplace and chimney.

These gentleman showed up promptly on time and were very courteous, gave a full explanation of what they thought I needed, and were able to do the job on the spot. This is a family business that has been around for 16 years and for this reason I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who had a need for their services.

They work efficiently and quickly. They wasted no time, but they discussed their actions before they began and after they completed the work. They were interested in my understanding what they were going to do and what they accomplished.

Technician didn't follow-up but Danielle was great. Technician called my realtor at 7:30 in the morning telling her that he needed to be paid. I'd give that technician on his service a 2, his workmanship was a 4.5. Will use them again.
