They responded very quickly to my request. They did a good job, they were very careful...no mess.

The person I worked with - he did the initial estimate and the work - changed the terms of the agreement once the work was done. I firmly reminded him that is not what we agreed to so he backed down and accepted the initial estimate payment that we agreed upon.

I was not impressed with this company. The gentleman who did the actual work was very polite and nice. The other gentleman who was with him is not a good representative of the the company. I felt he took advantage of my needing to get certain work done

This company came out to inspect the work I requested to be complete and they said they could fix it all for a certain amount. Then 15 minutes later gave us an additional estimate for some of the same work I requested a quote for. They steam rolled us. And took advantage. I called countless times and they told me owner will return my call but the owner never did call back. Over $700 to go on a roof for a total of 15 minutes with a bucket of mush and not take care of the entire problem.

They're original service call was great but there's a secondary problem they created that hasn't been resolved as they won't call me back to address it. We've called several times and now the voice mail doesn't answer Pro-Tech. The tech that originally came out was fantastic.
