Quick response they did everything I needed went above and beyond.

I had other very high estimates on the same work. Pro techs competition was trying to sell me a flue sleeve that I did not need and would NOT guarantee that was they were doing was going to fix my problem of a severe back draft of the wood burning fireplace. I am extremely happy with the work and professionalism of Joe from pro tech. My fire place is working just fine now and he guarantees the work. Also his price for chimney cleaning is better then the rest so it is best to get a few estimates he was the 4th and well worth the wait. Thank you Joe @ pro tech

Project was to fix the furnace chimney and modernize the fireplace chimney damper. Joe and co did excellent job. Furnace chimney had a blockage and needed a liner.

He is very personable. He worked with me on the schedule and pricing, I am very happy with final product.

When I inquired about the repairs, they were the last to respond. However, they were on time for the schedule. Finish the job with an hour. They replaced the caps and seal the chimney for fire place and heating flue, put a new damper for the fire place, and clean the fire place. They charged me 750.

On March 5,2014,Pro- Tech charged $550:the Chimney for installing stainless steel chimney cap, cleaning the chimney and firebox. Firebox was spray painted with Barbecue paint. Chimney was cleaned and new concrete was installed around it. Leakages were to have been patched up. Today, July 3, 2014, the living room ceiling is leaking under the chimney area.Can you get in touch with them and ask them to stop by to repair the leak properly?
