Pro-Tech Chimney Cleaning & Repairs

The cleaning of my direct vent gas fireplace went well. Since I had indicated there was a problem with it lighting though I would have expected a more thorough investigation following the cleaning but no effort was made on their part to check that it was working until I mentioned that I wanted to test it before they left.

They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Work well done.

I've had great experiences with Pro-Tech Chimney services for a few years now. They are professional and do a great job. They also do a great job with communication and follow up. They did a great job on some repairs and also come out once a year to do a thorough maintenance. Use them!

It was easy to schedule but was difficult to actually get them to come. There were some obstacles and not once. But customer service took care of it nicely.

Prompt response. Good work. Reasonably priced.
