I hired Pro tech to provide an estimate for making my wood burning stove compliant. The woman who scheduled the appointment was extremely pleasant and they were flexible when I had to reschedule due to pregnancy complications. The driver called the day of to give me a time and asked about the project. He explained that the free estimate was for chimney masonry and not interior. Unfortunately, they were not able to help us. Despite this, the customer service was excellent and the intial estimate is free.

Sam was very efficient. Took pictures before doing any work so that we fully understood what had to be done. Unfortunately more work had to be done than we expected at a greater cost. However, we are pleased with the work.

This company made a new crown for our masonry chimney. They were honest and communicated well. Another company had said that we needed to rebuild our entire chimney from the roof up for $3800. Pro-Tech said all we needed was a new crown. Office person(woman) was very helpful and communicated very well.
