Description of Work: Always on time. First-time clean was very well done. Maintenance of cleaning on bi-weekly basis is very good.

Description of Work: I love this Company. I've been using their services twice a month for the last 6 months and can't imagine not maintaining this relationship for the foreseeable future. They are extremely thorough, very friendly and reasonably priced. I really look forward to our appointments and get frequent compliments on the cleanliness of our house when we have family and friends visit. Royalty Cleaning has truly improved the way we can now spend our free time enjoying our family and house - not deep cleaning it!

Description of Work: They clean our home on a regular basis. I am very pleased with their work. I like their professionalism, responsibility and thoroughness.

Description of Work: Royalty Cleaning damaged my baseboard, taking a chunk out of the wood and scraped a wall in one of my bedrooms. When I informed the owner of the same, she said that none of her staff were aware of the issues. Then, to make matters worse, they no-showed the following month. In addition to the damage, the demonstrated cleaning skills were not worth the money. For example, the bathroom cleaner claimed that the soap buildup underneath my shower door, specifically within the rubber piece, was permanent. All that needed to be done to remove the buildup was pretreatment and removal utilizing a toothpick. This was a horrible service and I would not recommend contacting them.

Description of Work: I was looking for a new cleaning service after my last service (which I loved) moved away. They were awesome. More thorough and responsive than my last service. They cleaned the whole house including lifting all appliances up to clean under and bathroom articles out to thoroughly clean the floors.

Description of Work: I needed a basement living space which had been unused for 2 years, cleaned. The crew washed windows, moved furniture and dusted behind and under it. They dusted ceilings and cleaned the bathroom (scrubbing the shower).
