This company really is a home pro. Matt, the installer has 27 years of experience and it showed at the install. Sue, the office Manager couldn't have friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. We enjoyed working with this company.

The estimate was fast and friendly. I received an estimate from another company, but the quality of the Sunesta awning was much better and I was able to get the electric outlet put in as part of the package. The installers were friendly and efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Overall very satisfied.

Matthew was very helpful in selecting our awning, offering honest feedback to help us achieve the desired shade and improve our patio space. It was a bit pricier than initially anticipated, but so far worth it. The awning is freshly installed, with the install process quick and the area clean. I had contacted several retractable awning dealers in the Capital District, and am very pleased to have found The Reynolds Group.

The work was not completed on time.

My wife and I went to the Home Show In Albany NY. We were specifically looking for a retractable awning, after speaking with three different awning dealers we felt very comfortable with Ed Reynolds. An in-home appointment was setup where I met Matt Reynolds, he walked me through everything in the ordering process and also explained how the installation would be done. I ordered the awning and approximately 3 weeks later the awning was installed. We couldn't be happier with the whole process.

I love my electric powered awning. The Reynolds Group installed it years ago and it still looks great. I had a little issue a few years back and they were at my house within days to correct. All these years later they still remember me when I see them at local home shows, garden shows etc. I would definitely recommend them!
