I called the office, they gave me Patrick O'Flaherty's phone number. hes Seans son, Sean is the father,owner of the company. I spoke w Patrick to adjust the price after the estimate, bc it was very high. So we agreed on the low end of his estimate. We would take all of the boxes and kitchen chairs and some odds and ends. We agreed on a date and I gave him my credit card number. We called the office and his personal phone many times to confirm. he always said ok to me about the date. the office also said they will get back to us for the exact time of arrival. that was Wednesday before thanksgiving. they never showed up. when I called they said its not on the schedule and it was my fault bc I spoke to Patrick on his personal phone. meanwhile, he had my credit card recorded in the office, but not the moving date. When I told him that we called Wednesday, he said, "it's the day before a holiday, what do you expect." When I called the father, Sean, he also told me that it was my fault for talking on his sons personal phone. I said, "youre office gave me the number." I'm the customer, He had no problem writing down my card number. It did not matter, I was at fault according to both of them. This was supposed to be a gift to my son. I am mortified that they treated this experience so awful.

Horrible company. Disrespectful foul mouthed crew. Too tired to do the job but not too tired to take your money. Price is fair but then they hit you with $900 over charge at the end. Our furniture was damaged as well as our brand new floor. Our freshly painted walls were gouged. An Oil soaked box was left in my driveway and my driveway was stained with oil from the leaking moving truck. The lead guy John cursed non stop all day in front of my child. He argued with me and reprimanded me including yelling at me that I didn't know where I lived as he went to the wrong house in the wrong town! Yes, I had to pay for the extra time for that too! DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I tried to resolve the issues with the owner, Sean, although he refused to call me back after I called more than 4x. Very unprofessional.

Owner has no involvement in moving day and the workers have no idea what they are taking and what they leave. They were suppose to pack my dishes and came without materials had to wait for owner. upon arriving with one less man one of there employees said entering "look at all this sh--". They were taking things they shouldn't and damaging a lot of stuff hiding it and putting it back together until I tried to use it and it feel off in my hand.. They screwed my headboard and entables together and I couldn't open the drawers. Damaged wallpaper putting bedroom set in. scratched TV's taking them off the walls when they weren't suppose too. It was a complete disaster. They had to call for more men and I had to pay for them as they took much more then they should have. All in all I would never use them or recommend them as they are unorganized, unsupervised and charge much more then contracted. Nor do they take responsibility for there damages....

I've used O'Flaherty twice in the past for moving and found them to be very professional. They took care to listen to any special requests and were especially careful in moving delicate items. I have recommended them to friends and they were pleased also.

They were just so excellent, cannot say enough good things about them. Polite, courteous, extra careful wrapping things

Great. On time. Friendly, quick. Nothing broken. Everything done to request. The owner, Sean, and his staff couldn't have been nicer. Superb on calling back & communication. 5 stars!
