Bryan came out do our estimate for a sprinkler system installation for our front yard (including misters in flower beds, as well as running system under driveway). He was knowledgeable, engaging, and straightforward. Day of installation crew arrived on time and promptly started prepping. They were done in under 3 hours and our lawn doesn't even look like there were things buried underneath! System works great, we are very happy with the whole process. McCormack Irrigation is a sure bet!

We hired McCormack Irrigation to winterize our sprinkler system last
year and to de-winterize it just a few weeks ago. The workers charged
the customary $65 fee for de-winterization and in addition recommended
that we replace 10 heads that they said were defective. We opted to
replace 5 of this (to save some money) at the cost of about $50 each,
with the total well over $300. We didn't need to water our property for
the next few days and assumed all was fine after their visit and
inspection. When we did switch the system on, one of the lines had very
low pressure and didn't work properly, and there were a couple of other
issues which were minor compared to that. That line was installed just a
year prior by a different company and always worked just fine. When we
asked to follow up on their de-winterization visit and make it right, we
were told that this was not their problem since they didn't install the
line in question. The lady with whom we spoke was rather combative
during this conversation. Finally they sent two workers (different from
people who came to do de-winterization) who looked at the problem and
said that a valve was defective and needed to be replaced for about $90.
We agreed to that. In the end, they said that the valve was actually not
a problem and it was the line which needs to be completely re-done at
the cost of $550. To put things in perspective, that same line, which is
very short with a small number of sprinklers, cost us $90 to install
just last year, and frankly that looked like a pathetic attempt to rip
us off. To make things worse they disconnected the valve from the system
altogether so there is no water in the line and no way for us to test
it. Our attempt to contact the company again resulted in them being rude
and hanging up on us. In summary, this level of service (or rather
sabotage) is deeply unprofessional and borderline scam. Stay away.

McCormack Irrigation is AMAZING! I had an existing sprinkler system that was in complete disrepair. I decided at the end of last summer to put in a completely new system. I spent a year gathering names of potential contractors and joined Angie's List to do further research. I narrowed down my choices to 2 providers. One failed to contact me at all. However, I got a response from McCormack Irrigation's owner the very next day (On a Sunday, no less). I scheduled the free estimate and went into great details of what customizations I wanted done. McCormack Irrigation was able to do all of the work. When it came time for the install, they found that the water pressure to the house wasn't sufficient and corrected the problem on the spot (No need to call a plumber or continue the install with less than optimal results)! I was truly impressed by this company and am extremely glad I chose them. I have had to deal with my fair share of contractors over the years and have had some miserable experiences. I can say with full confidence that McCormack Irrigation is a company that you will enjoy dealing with. They now have a customer for life!

I initially called the company on a Friday afternoon and left a message on their answering machine. They called back the following week and set up an appointment for an estimate. Bryan came over and checked over the property. He created an estimate and explained the work he felt needed to be done. My first impression of him was he was an honest up front person that you could trust. He didn't try to undersell or oversell anything, he just told me what he felt I needed to get the best water coverage for my yard. He explained what he uses and why he feels it would do the right job for my yard. He left a folder for me to look at and he would be glad to answer any questions I may have. I decided to wait on a decision because I had several more people to get estimates from.
After speaking to a variety of companies, I felt Bryan's company was the best choice. His price was fair and reasonable for the parts he's installing and I felt he would stand behind his work. I already saw some other positive reviews from Angie's List so I felt right to give him the go-ahead.
He was able to do the work within a few short days of booking the job. He came with a good hard working crew and a specialized machine which made the underground pipe installation go quickly. He was finished in a little over half a day! After installing and adjusting the sprinklers and sprayers, he made sure I understood how to program and use the controller. He assured me if I had any issues, just to call and he'd take care of it.. I just had my yard re-graded and new topsoil put down, so the watering of the lawn would be critical since the cold weather is coming in quickly this time of year.
After about a week, I noticed the grass wasn't coming up in a particular section and found one of the sprinkler heads stopped turning.. I called back to let him know and left a message. A few days later his workers came by and found that the sprinkler was clogged. They cleaned it out and got it working. They checked the rest of the installation and felt there was one other area that could be better watered if they adjusted a sprinkler head to spray water out a little farther. Sure enough, the grass is growing much better there, even though I hadn't originally noticed that spot.
Overall I am quite pleased with Bryan and his crew. They are professional, know what they're doing, have fair and reasonable prices and stand behind their work. I would recommend him to anyone I know wanting to put in sprinklers, and when I begin putting in new plantings down the road, I'm sure I'll call him in to add to my system.

I used McCormack because they are a local company and I like to patronize local businesses. Angie's customers gave them a very good rating so I called them. Very responsive to returning my call and set up a timely appointment convenient to my schedule. Brian analyzed the system with a co-worker (chris?) for at least an hour and told me in detail what he was to do. He returned the following week and completed with work in one day. I ran the system after he left and everything that he said he would do was done and done well. When he originally ran the system he noted a few spots on the lawn where water was not reaching and added several misters - that section is now getting water. After completing the project he spoke to me a bit about the sprinkler system and told me to call if anything was not to my liking. Very happy. Would certainly use them again and refer them out to others.

McCormack Irrigation came to turn on and adjust our sprinklers since
they were off from this last winter. They adjusted all the heads and
made sure everything was working right. We had a new cesspool put in
and the excavator had cut a few of the lines. McCormack repaired the
lines. They were great!

He was clean, neat and fast. He came to the job, didn't just send someone out. He was there helping his men, not just supervising. He did a very good job for me. Very nice man.

Called McCormack on or about 5/8/12 for an estimate on the above. Debbie who runs the office and schedules appts. got back to us right away. She scheduled an appt. for I believe was the next day or the day after. The guys arrived right on time and were very professional and completed all the work we requested in a timely fashion. A day or two later I noticed 1 of the heads in the front of the house was not covering a specific area. I called McCormack thinking we probably needed to add another head and relayed this to them. The next day one of the guys came out, took a look at the head in question, adjusted it a little higher and told us we didn't need another head. No charge. We found this company to be very honest, professional and fair.

I have been using their services on my property for over 15 years. Their work is excellent and reliable. They even offer a 3 year warranty on the irrigation work that they complete. Their responsiveness is excellent and their prices are reasonable.
