Description of Work: He was friendly, polite, professional, and efficient. Neither of my remotes worked and he said they were shot, so I bought a new one from him for $54. I really don't know how fair the price was because I don't know the going rate. But at least the garage door works now without making that horrendous noise and I can open it by remote. (I just wish I'd gotten that new battery out of the old remote before he took it away.)

I purchased an Angie's list deal offered by this company for $115 only to find out that the same deal through AAA was offered at $99 during the same time period. I was not happy about this! I also needed to have the garage door fixed as it won't stay closed all the the time and that couldn't be fixed which I was disappointed about. I still need a new opener. All in all, the service was very good.

Our system is so old, he was not sure he could do what we needed, and when he would be finished, unsure how long the replacement parts might work, if he could make them fit in the first place. We decided to not waste money on something that would most likely cause us more problems in the near future. We will do more research to determine our actual needs, now that we have a better handle on the real problems. Precision Garage Door Service did a great job of quickly responding, and did provide us with additional information for us to consider.

Description of Work: We used the Angie's List Special for $115 Garage Tune-Up, Plus Replacement of the Garage Door Rollers. We have a old wooded garage door that had not been worked on in a long time. The door was having a problem with locking. The tune up found that the extension cables and bottom brackets needed replacement. The additional work cost $130.

Description of Work: When the technician arrived, he noted that my one spring had broken. That is not covered under this deal. In addition, I really need a new door. So, I am going to need the refund, as no service was rendered and they couldn't apply the deal towards the work to be done. He did put one new spring on to get me through until the new door is installed. Great guy and good company!

Description of Work: Originally they came and did an inspection and changed out the door rollers, they were prompt and told my wife about the inspection. A couple of weeks later the springs on the door broke and we called them. They were there in no time and made the necessary repairs in little to no time. The price was very reasonable and their service was outstanding!
