I origonally contacted PINNACLE ECO CLEAN because I wanted an alternative consideration to the replacing of my kitchen floor with very expensive vinyl tile or hardwood. I contacted Pinnacle by email. Its owner, Kevin Kluth, responded promptly and eventually came out to my home to examine the areas under consideration to clean/update and whether or not he could help me. Well, his advice and what he could do were most appealing to me and the price was excellent!! Additionally, I was quite impresssed by the many recommendations Kevin and his company received by a myriad of ANGIE'S LIST members. Kevin, himself, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable both on the phone and in person. The job (2 men with one of them being Kevin) took about 3 hours to complete and the clean-up afterwards was impeccable. Kevin, without hesitation, even honored the 5% ANGIE'S LIST discount coupon. This was an excellent consumer experience for me and I have already recommended Kevin and hos company to other of my friends.

I could not be happier. The overall experience was a pleasure, and my carpets look great. In discussing some of my cleaning needs it was suggested that I have my fine oriental rug picked up and cleaned at the facility since it had some difficult staining. Not only was that rug perfect when returned but the whole house came out great. They were able to accommodate my schedule. They were professional and courteous.

I took advantage of this companies Angies List special, and WOW was I pleased! We moved out of a town house and needed to have the carpets cleaned. The contact person, (Kevin) who I believe is the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very quick in responding to my calls each and every time, and professional in every manner. When asked, he described the process and potential ability to remove a very large stained area that I was concerned about. The company was able to respond to my needs and come to clean the carpets with only a few days lead time. I was out of town when they were cleaned, and willing to work with me on my particular situation. When I returned to town, I couldn't believe how great they turned out! They not only removed the large stain, but did a fantastic job on all the carpets. I would highly recommend this company. One suggestion is that I think it helped that I informed them ahead of time about the content of the stains I was concerned about so that they had the proper products to remove them.

They provided a quote over the phone. I was able to pick the exact date because I scheduled several weeks in advance during an relatively slow time. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Two people did the whole house (plus carpets reviewed separately) in about 5 hours. They were considerate about moving things (for example, asking about putting some chairs in the garage, because they didn't have many options of where to put things to get them off the floor). They were open about what stains might not come up, and pointed out what didn't come up afterwards. (I wasn't surprised by the stains that didn't come up, although some stains I was concerned about did come out.) I appreciated that they were open about it, and didn't make excuses or promise more than was realistic. The linoleum is 25 years old and hasn't had the shine it has right now for at least 10 years, probably a lot longer. There are some still areas of discoloration (yellowing), but that's not too obvious. It is so clean and shiny, I was afraid to walk on it at first because I thought it was still wet. I didn't expect them to do the mudroom closet, so I hadn't cleared it out. They cleared it out for me and cleaned that, too. I hadn't anticipated not being able to put the kitchen table back in place for 24 hours, but it's not a big deal. The basement wasn't quite as impressive, because they were not able to powerwash it as planned due to chipping paint (our fault, not theirs). But, they gave me a discount to make up for the work they weren't able to do. This was a more positive experience than I was expecting for a "boring" service like floor cleaning. I wish I had the kitchen floor done years ago!!

The cost estimate was 30% lower than our previous vendor. The crew was on time, polite, and professional. The work was good quality, with no damage or other issues in the house. We will certainly use them again.

Pinnacle was prompt and the two employee's were very courteaous and professional. They paid attention not to scrap or scratch the walls. Pinnacle employees wore protective covering over there shoes each time they entered the house. My wife and I would definitely use there services in the future.

They provided excellent service and they were very prompt in arriving. They cleaned very heavily stained carpets very efficiently. Kyle explained the process in detail and updated me as the work progressed. He was able to remove some very old stains including marker that had been left by my son. The 4 spaces were completed within 2 hours. The cleaners used were Eco friendly and there was no chemical smell during the process. I am very pleased with the results

Everyone I dealt with (from young lady who tends the phone and scheduling to the men who came and did the cleaning) were pleasant, courteous and professional. They explained all the steps, addressed all my concerns and even gave me advice on how to deal with certain spots in the future. They even gave me a complementary pet spot and stain remover. I loved the result so much that I had them clean my oriental rugs and am just as pleased with the results of these rugs.

They arrived on time. Were very professional and courteous. They took care of a cat urine deposit from a previous tenant. The smell was eradicated!

We are quite happy with them. Pinnacle did a good job. We found them on Angie's List. They were punctual and came when they said they would.

Took cushion covers and extra material to the shop for separate cleaning, and for them to verify the most appropriate processes. They then came to my home to do the couches. Thoroughly professional and careful. (Haitian cotton requires unique handling.)

It was great. Kylie and Edger were friendly and took time to explain everything to me. They used shoe covers to keep any floors clean from outside dirt. I have scheduled them to do move work for meal ready.

The owner Kevin was very nice and gave us special discount for empty rooms. They were able to schedule the cleaning when we called in less than one week in advance. The crew came on time. They were very friendly and started working right away. The fans they brought was very helpful for drying the carpets after cleaning. The carpets looked much better after their work. I also liked the fact that they use environmentally friendly products.

We hired Pinnacle Rug & Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpets, they were very conscientious and they went above and beyond the offer. I would call them to come back they did a very nice job. They were professional and efficient and I highly recommend them.

Other service providers had cleaned the carpets previously, though not in several years. We were dissatisfied with those, particularly the results on the stairway. I chose Pinnacle using Angie's List and did not request other estimates. The provided the estimate personally for the base and optional services. Pinnacle changed the service date at our request. The cleaner, the owner's son, was punctional, professional, and worked steadily while assuring an excellent job. He had an assistant whom he directed in detail cleaning preparation along the edges and spots. Viewing the success we requested the optional stain and liquid protectant, an option they were ready to provide. Guests entering the house immediately recognized the improvement in the stair carpeting ( so embarassing) and requested the name of the company. Overall the service was a good value and good experience. We will clean the carpets more frequently knowing Pinnacle provides excellent results.

Pinnacle Rug and Carpet Cleaning were punctual and professional. They did an adequate job.

Given a time between 12pm and 2pm to expect arival, came around 2pm. Two cleaners were young, professional, and polite. They were are very eager to please. Provided very good information on keeping carpets clean and stated they would come back to retreat any areas that seem to not get cleaned the first time. They were very thourgh on cleaning each room, taking atleast 2 hours to complete the job. The carpet appeared brand new after they were done. The charge was less than estimated, so I elected to have the floors treated with scott gurad as well. THe cleaning company also did a follow up call to check our satisfaction. The cleaning company is also informative on flooring stores and contractors.

After I measured the room and called Pinnacle, (found them on Angies List) I was given an estimate. They sent out paperwork as promised and arrived for the job on time. Throughout the job they were careful about cleanliness as they came in and out of the house with their equipment. They did a great job on the carpet and lowered the price from the phone estimate, based on the room size (there was a hearth ane woodstove that cut into the room). My wife and I were very happy with the finished product and would use this company again.

Kevin came on time introduced himself and told me what he would do before he started. He asked me to stay and watch and point out any stains that particularly bothered me. Kevin also pointed out stains and worked until they came out. He asked me to check things over when he was done. Kevin was courteous, neat and explained everything.

II found Pinnacle through the internet. From the time I called for an estimate until the work was done was handled very professionally. The work they did was excellent. The people they sent were on-time, well dressed & polite. They were very thorough from start to finish.

I was having a company visit within few days so asked them if they could come early. They agreed and came on time. They did a great job and the carpet came out beautiful.
