They were very prompt in responding to my Angie's List message and we got the appointment set up easily. They showed up on time, we walked through the job together, and then I closeted myself and my dogs in one room while they got to work. They were done in the time frame they'd estimated and took good care of my furniture. After they finished, we walked through the job again to be sure it was what I wanted. All-in-all, an excellent experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were right on time and were very pleasant to speak with. They did a great cleaning job on my rugs and I would definitely have them back. They took my 5X7 rug over to their shop to be clean, so I should get that back shortly. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time. Were very careful in evaluating the stain. Tested the removal chemical on a less conspicuous spot first and then successfully removed the stains and followed by dry cleaning the entire sofa. They were neat, personable and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The Pinnacle team clean our large (approx 1000 sq. ft.) living room / dining room area and stairs that lead to the basement. The carpet is very light and has a lot of high traffic areas, but they did a great job. They also took special care of the furniture, putting little styrofoam blocks under the legs of each piece. In addition to doing a great job, they are also very trustworthy. They cleaned our carpet while we were away on vacation and I would not think twice about having them do that again. We will definitely Pinnacle Eco Clean again in the future.

.I just moved in and the stairway carpet was really dirty. My three dogs also track dirt into the house.We had a bad snow fall last night but the cleaning service was on time and efficient. Everyone at the company was pleasant. The carpet looks very clean and no bad smells. I would use them again

My kitchen floor and entryway are ceramic tile. Both have been cared for over the years but never professionally cleaned and the grout had darkened and accumulated some stains. Piinacle came out a couple days after I called and prepared an estimate which I accepted, and two workers showed up to do the job within less than two weeks. They did all the heavy lifting (moving fridge, table, benches, etc.) and used a combination of manual and automated tools to clean and seal the floor and then replaced the furniture. The job took about two hours and the floor looks like new. Workers were courteous and careful, price seems reasonable to me for all that was done and the results are terrific. I have no hesitations about recommending or calling Pinnacle again for this or the other services they perform.

I hired them to clean stairs and hallway. I had this done before by another company. This cleaning was soooooo much better and really got the dirt out. The stairs look like rug was just installed.

All but the most stubborn stains/dirt was removed from 6 year old sofas. Very happy with the results.

The experience was good. The service was good. Their price was competitive. They were right on time.

We've got a lot of pets and a toddler so things get pretty dirty. Both the carpet and sofa are relatively new but had seen there share of toddler accidents and pet fur. Pinnacle did a great job cleaning it all up and getting rid of the dog-ish smell in the (super thick) carpet. I tried cleaning it with my upright steam cleaner but it never seemed to get the smell or all the fur out.

I would give them the highest rating. I think that they did more than what was on the big deal and that the price of the service was more than the big deal price. I think that their price was on the high side because we had several rugs cleaned. I liked everything about them. They were very professional and they showed up on time. They were very nice and they did what they said that they were going to do. They were thorough. We got to watch them clean the upholstery because we were here and I think that they just took all kinds of time and care with it. The rugs also came back in a timely fashion. We will definitely hire them again. I am sure that their price was fair.

Very well- although the stains on the carpet in one closet could not be removed due to the source and age of the stain.

wonderful job, he really worked hard as my daughter's tiny dog peed several times without our knowlege. the carpet was only one year old. no odor at all after it was done. I will definitely use this company in the future.

They were able to get out spots. There were additional fees for additional rooms.

That went just fine. They showed up on time, they got the job done quickly and it cost exactly what they said it would cost. I got what I expected: clean carpets on time for the money I expected. They called ahead of time to make sure that I was home and that I was expecting them, and they came around and it was fine.

They showed up exactly as scheduled. Both the people were extremely polite and professional. The cleaning was very thorough, and they did an excellent job. The carpet looks like new. There was a stain on the floor where I had a fish tank in the past, and they got the discoloration completely out. They took their time and did a great job, didn't rush through it at all. I like that they are an eco-friendly cleaner, as I have a 5 year old that spends a lot of time on the floor, and no harsh chemicals were used. The charge was exactly as it was quoted to me via e-mail, and there was no attempt to sell me any services other than what I had asked for.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They did a great job and were professional. I would tell my friends or family members about this service. The final cost was the same as the estimate.

Kevin was early! efficient and did a great job. Was worried that the hoses would rub on the twists and turns of the walls and mar them but they didnt ( was just painte). Carpets came out better than expected. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this provider. My issues are only with the wording of the ad- and subsequent extra money that I owed Kevin( he was courteous about ti). Ad says 47 dollars for service, minimum of 2 rooms. Usually when I get an angies list deal it is as it reads. I assumed the 47 was for 2 rooms. It was for one, I subsequently owed him a minimum of another 47 for the second room, then had him do a third ( my choice). So he did a great job but the details were not at all clear from the ad.

They charge $47 for each of the rugs. They did a really nice job. It smelled good too.
