Itâ s so hard to find a reliable, trustworthy company these days. I happened to come across JJB Mechanicalâ s info when I looked at the service records on my furnace and decided to give them a call. When I say AMAZING it canâ t even begin to describe the level of service I received. Juan was great to talk with and showed true compassion and understanding when I explained my central air wasnâ t cooling and the temperature in the house had risen to mid 80â s by then. He had his Tech Daniel here later that day. I was blown away by Danielâ s knowledge and the way he explained things and educated me on what the issue was. Iâ ve used many of the bigger companies over the years and I can tell you that I have never experienced this level of customer service before. From start to finish the entire experience was great. I highly recommend JJB Mechanical!

I had used a bigger company for all my HVAC service for years. They did good work but I always felt like I was being overcharged. Many people in my neighborhood recommended JJB Mechnical. Juan managed to come out days sooner, quickly identified the problem, and came back a couple days later to fix. Highly recommended!

Juan did a boiler inspection and tune-up for me in August 2022 and I could not be happier with the level of service provided. From the first call I made to them when I was asking multiple companies for quotes, the person I talked to, Kelly, was a pleasure to talk to and was quick to tell me what all the 12-point inspection included, as well as pricing and availability (another company couldn't tell me what the 12 points were and another, Universal Heating, simply hung up on me). Kelly scheduled me very promptly for less than 24 hours from my call and an automated text system sent me a text indicating who would show up (Juan) and when. Juan was on-time, very professional in all interactions, and extremely thorough in his inspection and tune-up. He didn't upsell me or even charge labor for replacement of a couple small parts, which was unnecessary but appreciated. Juan was even happy to explain things when I asked him (many) questions about how the system works, and he told me about rebates that RG&E offers that were relevant to us. I will absolutely be calling JJB Mechanical again for any HVAC needs.

I had total of three well known hesting company to assess why i am getting very little heat in two jointing rooms. I slept in that room for three years, with a heating blanket, hat, sweatsuit, sock and lots of blankets. It was the third heating company JJB heating and cooling who figured it out. Now my large room is warmer, the floor watmer and i don't need a heating blanket. Thanks to JJB heating and cooling i can really enjoy my room . It is 72 degrees now. Thank you

Highly recommended! Received a call immediately and was here working within 1.5 hrs - it was a Saturday. Juan figured out the problem in a short time and had the parts on the truck- he thoroughly check all systems and had our A/C up and running within minutes. I was really happy considering it was a very hot and humid day! He was really professional, nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely (and will) recommend JJB to family and friends.
